I ordered a 10-count nugget meal along with a double cheeseburger meal through the drive-thru, but when I got home, I realized I was given the wrong order. I immediately called back, and after three attempts, I finally reached the manager, Tyler. I explained the mistake and mentioned that my order seemed to have been given to someone else. Tyler quickly understood the situation and assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem; I think he mentioned I had two weeks to return for a replacement. Because I told him it may be two weeks before I get back into town.I provided my name and moved on with my day.
Today, I went in to collect my replacement, but the night manager, an older Hispanic lady, was very rude. & didn’t try to help at all .She informed me that Tyler was on vacation and that I would have to wait until he returned. This made me question the level of customer service that a manager should uphold—shouldn’t she have conducted an investigation or made an effort to resolve the situation? I didn’t make the mistake; I paid for my order and didn’t receive what I was entitled to. Why should I have to wait for someone to come back from vacation to fix an error that wasn't my fault?
In the end, I ended up purchasing my meal again, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. It makes me wonder what type of training your...
Read moreWhoever took my order in the drive thru took forever, yelled at me when I said I only wanted the burger and fries and no drink, tried to make me order a drink with it when I didn’t need it. was blatantly rude and difficult to order from. I wanted a burger, fries, and 4pc nuggets. not complicated at all. yet it took me forever to even get a word in with her shouting over me. I gave her a minute or two to ring in my food, thinking maybe she’s new it’s fine i’ll be patient, but after 3 minutes of silence after saying i just wanted a burger, i thought i was okay to move on to the next item and was rudely yelled at AGAIN. I wasn’t trying to rush or anything, i was waiting and waiting until maybe she’d say “okay and the next?” or at least something like that. Didn’t happen. That lady was completely disrespectful and ruined my lunch. I’m posting this as i’m sitting in the drive thru talking to her currently, and she’s STILL being rude. I understand long lines makes it very stressful, but that doesn’t mean you can take it out on the customers. I’m not returning to this location, if I gotta drive an extra 10 minutes to not have to deal with her rudeness I will...
Read moreWent here a few days ago with my sister. Got a quarter pounder meal and an additional large sprite for my sis. Guy repeats the wrong order to me at the second window so I correct him and inform what I ordered. He then hands me the meal. I ask about the drinks. He hands me one drink. I ask about the second drink. He asks if I have my receipt. I told him I already crumpled my receipt and threw it into the void that is my back seat, but that I ordered a Dr Pepper with my meal and paid for the sprite as an add on. Stares at me for a solid thirty second, rolls his eyes at me and makes a Dr Pepper. I then ask for a straw which he rolls his eyes again and hands to me. Don’t appreciate all the attitude from a high school student trying to get something THAT I PAID FOR. Found my receipt later and guess what??? I had two drinks. Idk how hard it would have been to double check the order on his screen rather than throw so much shade at me. Like I, an adult woman with my little sister, am trying to rip him off personally...
