This was our third visit here. We normally enjoy the pizza although a bit pricey, this time was the third time in a row that the first guy to start the ordering process is not friendly, exasperated, doesn’t want to be there and rude! When it became our turn to order, he asked us to “hold on”. For what? I have no clue since he didn’t bother to explain and more or less just stood there to have us wait on him to…catch his breath, take a timeout?? Not really sure why that was necessary. It was after 7:00 pm with no one else in line behind us and only a few tables sat with diners in the restaurant. After finally getting to order the next guy starts asking what sauce we want on our pizzas! Huh?? Pretty sure we just ordered specifically from the menu!! He had no clue what was going on and it made the process even more confusing and chaotic!! Then for the thrill of it all, we paid roughly $25 for two drinks, one mini Maddy pizza and one Tristan pizza that both came out burnt on the bottom!!! We reluctantly ate them anyway because I didn’t want to have to repeat that whole process over again whatsoever…On a positive note, Kudos to the guy that cut the pizzas and handed them over. He was super friendly and a joy to speak to! Hopefully management will address these poor customer service and food...
Read moreSo I had this gift card, right? To MOD Pizzeria. And normally I'm struggling on the financial side of life. Like so poor I can't afford to pay attention. Like on that "red beans and rice" budget. So any opportunity to eat something new, I will pounce on that.
So I went to MOD. And I have to say, I wasn't pleased. The pizza was pretty bad and I've definitely had better pizza. It was repugnant in my humble opinion. But now here's the thing...
I have nobody to blame but myself. I'm the one who built stinkin' pizza. This business model is genius! But how come the guy making my pizza didn't say anything when I wanted pineapple and WHOLE FREAKIN' GARLIC CLOVES on my pizza. How you gonna let your man bring his own demise? Just sit quietly as I put together the most horrible, horrendous, horrifying combinations of pizza toppings, and you all you say is "Good choice!" Even the person behind me asked if I was okay after I asked for artichoke hearts on one half and pepperoncini on the other.
I say the problem is what they market. People shouldn't be able to choose what they want on their pizzas. Just give them a pepperoni and move on! Now I'm just looking in the mirror at the man who ruined my day with the radioactive waste of a pizza I...

While visiting a friend in the area, I decided to check out a few local spots, grab some tea, and then figured—why not pick up a pizza too? Not every pizza place is the same, especially when it comes to customer service and overall experience, so I was curious to see how this MOD Pizza location compared.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, and the team working that day was exceptionally welcoming. As soon as we stepped through the door, the staff made sure we were taken care of right away, which is something I truly appreciate.
Our pickup order was ready and prepared perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The employees were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great service.
If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to MOD Pizza location whenever I was craving one of their delicious, customizable pizzas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my way, but if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot. The clean environment, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service make it one of the best MOD locations I’ve visited!
