Extremely Rude & Unprofessional.. Unacceptable Behavior!!
I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I got an order from here and was instructed to pick it up at the drive-thru window. When I got there I told them the name of the order and a female manager almost gave me someone else's order, when they realized that they had already given my order to someone else.
I asked if they were going to remake the order and the manager slammed the window on me and walked away. Since they didn't communicate anything with me, I sat at the drive-thru window for about 10 minutes thinking they would remake the order until someone else pulled in behind me.. She then came back and yelled at me to get out of her drive-thru. I tried to remain mature and professional, asking why she couldn't remake the order since it was her mistake for giving it to someone else, and she just kept yelling at me to get out of her drive-thru and being extremely rude.
I had to report this incident to Uber Eats and in the end, they penalized me, the driver, for having cancelled the order due to the irresponsibility of the manager, on top of them extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason.
I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but this is no way to treat anyone in customer service. The least she could've done was apologized for her mistake and told me they aren't able to remake the order so I could've just cancelled it and left without a scene, but the manager decided to give me an attitude for a mistake on her own part. I am just trying to do my job just like her and everyone else, there's no reason to act like that. This behavior is completely unacceptable, the management here needs to do a better job at tracking their orders right and keeping their anger issues outside of work. I will make sure everyone in this area knows to avoid this...

Since they opened the dining room since covid, they lock the doors 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to closing the restaurant not allowing dining in (never the same time so this appears to be sheer laziness due to not wanting to clean up tables from customers). It is not posted that dine in closes earlier than the restaurant. Itās not posted on the doors, not online, nowhere. The employees are incapable of giving any reasons for why itās not posted on the doors that dine in closes early, and frankly food through this drive thru is cold, old or wrong most of the time. I want to go into the restaurant and make sure Iām getting hot fresh food with the prices being what they areā¦not old and cold food. If dine in truly closes at 8pm or 7pm as they randomly do, post it on your doors and online, so people know your policy. Panda Express has probably lost our business at all locations because of this repeat behavior. Totally ridiculous!!!! If there was zero stars or negative stars thatās what this location would get. Take your money...

My recent visit was the worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant location in my entire life. Ordered at the drive thru around 745pm. They asked for me to pull around and they would bring it right out. 15 minutes went by and nobody had brought our food. I got out to walk in and the workers had locked both doors even though they were still open for another hour and a half. I knocked on the door, they didn't acknowledge me. I knocked again and they looked at me annoyed and pointed to the drive thru. It had now been over a half hour, and the employees still refused to even acknowledge me. I had to hold up my receipt to the glass to show them I already ordered. . Another 5 minutes later - nearly 45 minutes after I ordered, they finally brought the food....which was once again wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to another Panda express location. This store is abysmal and deserves to be...
