Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

I called and placed an order for delivery around 10:30 and was told I would have my food around 11:20. Well 12 came and went and no food so I called back and whoever took my order first did not listen to a single word I said other than my card info, my number and my name. Everything was wrong and it was put in as carryout too, so while I'm sitting outside in the cold waiting, my order is just sitting up there. Just awful really. The ONLY thing that saved the whole ordeal was the delivery driver, other than that. Never again. Saddest part is this is not the first time I've been moree than unhappy with the service they provide. I just don't understand how something as simple as ordering a pizza turned into a merry go round of phone calls, late arrival and wrong information. Good thing I don't have work at six am after waiting up until past...

Bad experience. I havent ever wrote a review but I had to for this location. I placed an order over the phone. The guy I spoke with was very nice and provided great customer service. My order was suppose to have been delivered at 8:33pm. At about 8:55 pm, I called and asked to have my order cancelled. That rep which lied about her name after I asked for it as well as a cancellation number assured me that I would be refunded my money. Then the delivery driver arrived at 9:03pm with two cold pizzas and wings. One pizza had spinach which was not cooked at all. I took a pic but could nto load it unfortunately. It looks as if they just threw it on the pizza at the end. My son ate two slices after having to warm it up, then trashed the others. $30 bucks trashed and they lost a long time customer. Please don't waste your money with...

If I can give zero stars I would. It was raining so my wife and I ordered a deal with one pizza and boneless wings... Well we got the pizza no wings! So we called the lady told us to go up there because that's the only way the manager can do a refund. Well she got there and they told her they can't do it they will process it that night.... Well still NO refund processing!!! So she will go there today. I understand if y'all forgot something because the general manager left his shift leader to work all day by herself I understand because I'm a general manager of a restaurant too but for my wife to go up there like y'all said and y'all still did not process the refund is beyond me! Definitely pick a different pizza place because I know we will not...
