Upon entering the Pizza Hut Store in Crosby, I got in line to pick up my order. One of the managers came from the back to assist with waiting customers. He helped the person directly in front of me, then looked me dead in the face and walked away without saying a word. The other worker was still helping the same customer, so I ended up waiting an additional five minutes.
When it was finally my turn, I was told my pizzas had already been sold to someone else. I had a meeting starting in 20 minutes and no time to wait around. Frustrated, I was told, “We’ll remake them, give us 15 minutes—this never happens.” The pizzas came out piping hot. The same manager, now noticeably more polite, offered a discount for the inconvenience. I asked for plates—he said okay. But when I was rung up by the other guy, I asked again for plates and was told they didn’t have any. Thankfully, the cook overheard and brought some out to me.
Despite the rocky service, I was still charged full price. When I got to my destination, I opened the boxes to find all four pizzas were poorly made, with barely any hamburger meat. I was embarrassed to serve this at a meeting. I ate one slice and within minutes became violently ill—throwing up and suffering stomach issues all night long.
Pizza Hut, this is the second time something like this has happened to me at one of your locations. If I wanted Little Caesars quality, I would have paid half the price to go there. This was absolute garbage—and nearly $50 wasted. I’m beyond disappointed with both the service and the...
Read moreI am very dissapointed. I called and placed my order and the person on the phone saidit would be 30-40 minutes. After taking longer to deliver my order to my home than i was told i got a pizza and an order of bread sticks that were barely luke warm the pizza was already tough as well as the breadsticks. The cheese had already hardened and was over done. I called to let management know about the issue and all he had to say was that the pizza came straight here. I had called and asked about the order before hand and i was told the driver was on another stop so the manager was lying about him coming straight here. He didnt have anything else to say about my order. So let him know that i obviously wasn't going to be able to order from there anymore since i cant get any support from management when i have concerns so he reluctantly said he would give me a 10.00 credit. I gave him the alternative of crediting my payment the 10.00 for providing me with a cold pizza and he said that it wasnt possible to credit back money from a payment and that he already gave me the credit of 10.00 for future purchase. After going back and forth and holding him accountable for the cold product i was provided he put me on a hold and when he came back he asked me for my card number and put the credit on my card after previously lying to me and saying it wasnt possible. If i could give him less than 1 star i would for the complete lack of customer service, lying to the customer, and denying to take responsibility for the cold product that was sent out...
Read moreI haven't been to Pizza hut in many years because I eat a low-carb diet. But this was a special and I was having dinner with my 83 year-old and Pizza hut thin crust supreme Pizza was our absolute favorite many years ago when we had it once a week. So I called Pizza hut and ordered and when I picked it up they open the box and it was beautiful. However as we ate it it was not beautiful.one of the things that made it so good years ago was the crust. That thin crispy crust. This time the crust was thin but not so crispy except on the edges and there was really no flavor to it. Like maybe there wasn't any salt. I'm not certain but neither of us were satisfied. If I'm going to eat something carb laden I generally want pizza or Chinese food. The only reason I went to Pizza hut is because it was one of my mother's favorites. Not so...
