PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Texas

This is from my perception during a national holiday. First, I visited this coffee shop during a Memorial Day on Monday , May 27th, 2024. After visiting the Houston national cemetery to honor our nation's fallen heroes, I went and found this chain franchise in Spring, TX.

I had no breakfast or coffee prior to volunteering with the Travis Manion foundation. So I was hungry when I arrived. And ordered the delicious Turkey Sausage English Muffin with egg and cheese! A little hot sauce would have kicked this beauty around in my empty stomach like a basketball dribbling on court. I didn't see any, so I settled with some mustard for that semi-kick. with hot coffee. From what I understand, PJ'S sets up a missing man table during Memorial Day, which is becoming a shared event amongst restaurants across the nation, oorah, [from the unique Klaxon alarm, the OG "Aarugha"]

The only downside to this place was the back door was left open to the foyer hallway, where the restrooms were at. It's not a big deal because you wouldn't know about it unless you needed to go. The place was cozy enough to enjoy a light meal...

I’m only giving five stars because of Egypt. I go to multiple coffee shops, but PJs is one that I go to often because it’s close to home and the coffee is good. Egypt is the only employee(over all coffee shops I’ve been to) who makes the experience so much better! If you want start your day off with positive vibes, pull up when she’s there because she’s always smiling and has loving positive energy. She is so friendly and has a beautiful spirit and I’m so grateful for people like her in the world. She’s always in a good mood, even a time I seen that she wasn’t as energetic. She still was very friendly and kind. It is very hard to find businesses with employees like that. She’s top-tier and really deserves a raise! Not to mention every time she’s in there my food taste better 🤔(must be the good energy) and a coffee always taste really good! For now on, I think I’m only gonna go there when she’s working. Thank you Egypt for your beautiful energy because it is needed in this world and I wish more places had employees like...

I've been coming here for about a year and love the vibe, the coffee is the best ever! The young ladies that great me in the early morning are a ray of sunshine with a smile. Recently however, some things have changed. The advertised drinks couldn't be made, on more than one occasion, no pumpkin flavor? No Banana Foster? Odd, if these are your drink specials, why are they not available to be made? Even some other items couldn't be made due to no product/ flavoring, or broken machines. Also, a few of the regular drinks do not taste the same. I can't say exactly what it is, but maybe it's not the same cream, the same milk, I'm not sure. I then recently learned of a new manager and new owners. I'll give you a while before returning. You need to truly bring back the products PJs it's known for. And stop cutting corners. I'll miss my sweet morning Barista, but I'll stop by to say hi when I can....
