The food is really good, however its slightly over priced for "fast food". The customer service varies on day to day and that being said, I must have picked a bad day for their food/service. I had my food thrown at me and I was not able to buy side items. (read below for full explanation)
I ordered the pick 2; bacon beef cheese sandwich & cobb salad. I asked the woman if I can have a side of au jus with my sandwich and if she had to charge me extra it was okay. She blankly stared at me and asked "au-what?". The sauce that comes with the French Dip I replied. She said no it only comes with the French Dip. I was pondering why I couldn't pay for a side. Finished placing my family's order then paid and the woman went to the back. Another guy came around to the front. I asked him the same question about the 'au jus', he said he would check then returned with a "no" answer. Okay it is what it is and I shrugged it off. I assume that the man went to the back, asked the question and the woman overheard and became upset. She came shortly after with my food and tossed my food 2ft away and said, "your food is ready" then walked away. I was a little shocked, peaked in my bag to make sure the order was correct and I didn't see any garlic toast. I asked the same man about them, he said you never get them unless you get mac & cheese or a full salad. I said "okay well then may I buy some?" He replied timidly, "no unless you get a full mac & cheese or salad". I've been to this location before, I've always been given/bought toast with my soup/salad. I probably won't be back...

In my small home town (Sahuarita, AZ), Schlotzky's opened their doors and I opened my mouth to a favored kids pizza every month. Last week, I was happily surprised to find that this old Sugar Land, TX location served up the same, childhood memory tastes that I loved so much!
Of course, such quality and consistency comes at a price, so be prepared to dish out 20% more than comparable for these "gourmet" dishes.
It's not the best place for a bite, but it is fast, deli-cious and comparably healthy. They have a drive-thru as well, with a large dessert (Cinnabon?!) menu.
Another location caters my company lunches on occasion, and I will say that I was, again, pleasantly surprised at the freshness and quality their box lunches provided.
If they could get their prices down, this would be a much more appealing choice for cheapo taste. However, I know that getting prices down will come with the risk of messing with...

Their food is always fresh, good, meaty, hot, just desirable. Their sandwiches are the size of your entire hand if not larger, even the kids sandwiches are big. I tried their lemonade for the first time yesterday, that's pretty good too, just like any other drink here.
If you don't know what to get your kid since they are picky, try to get them to eat a grilled cheese with ham and/or turkey, its very good and filling. If you get it without ham it kinda sucks though.
The service is just as good, sure it may be a while until you get your food but they are determined to make it fresh and not keep it under a heatlamp all day. If you don't like waiting for 10 minutes just order on their website, takes less than a minute both on your phone and at the window.
The stripcenter is also nice, not a lot to say about it besides it having a...
