Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Texas

I just paid $5+ for steamed milk. Let me preface this by saying it was my fault for deviating from my usual order (which is incredibly good, hands down my favorite coffee).

That said, today I went off the menu and asked for a classic coffee drink. I ordered an espresso macchiato and it seemed like no one there was familiar with it, so I explained: a shot of espresso with just a tiny bit of milk.

What I received was a small cup : one espresso shot, filled to the top with steamed milk. I said thank you and moved along, I didnt want to make a fuss.

No hard feelings, but I do hope this helps clarify for the team that an espresso macchiato is meant to be mostly espresso, just lightly ‘marked’ with milk not a...

I came in this morning and ordered a blended carmelcious, it was literally very bitter and left a bitter taste in my mouth. I come from Nebraska and order these all the time I know exactly what to expect.

I was polite, I was respectful Valeria literally turned away as I was talking and had an attitude when I simply explaining that I also ordered extra caramel and I don’t mind paying for it if necessary.

If you guys are going to work for a Nebraska chain please let’s make sure you bring Nebraska customer service with you. I wasn’t rude what so ever, so I honest expect the same thing back. The drink was made wrong, there is no need to get an attitude with a customer...

Y’alllllll. Scooters Starbucks all day any day! My husband and I order iced oat milk lattes with sugar free caramel (half sweet) and it’s consistently delicious! The coffee is never bitter or “burnt” tasting. It’s yummy every time and the customer service is also wonderful every time! Our coffee is always served with a smile and today, the person who handed us our order also offered our five year old a lollipop (who happily accepted and chose her flavor). Best iced lattes around. Wish we were closer, but we we’ll happily make the trek....
