Smashburger — Restaurant in Texas

My family and I have always loved smashburger. We usually come here about a couple times a month. I loved how you was able to build your own burger menu on the regular and kids menu. I also loved that the kids meal offered grilled chicken, but they have since changed their menu and raised there prices. The prices was a little upsetting but was not a big deal to us since we love smashburger so much but why take off the grilled chicken from the kids menu. One of the reasons we loved smashburger so much was because of the healthier choice for kids meal. Most food places doesn't give healthier choices for kids so i loved that they offered that. My toddler does not eat fried foods so it was frustrating to see they had took it off the menu so I decided to get my child a cheeseburger with veggies instead and was then told I was not allowed to add anything to the burger that if I wanted to add all that I would have to purchase an adult size burger. I was very upset by this why would I purchase the adult burger for my child. I'm giving 2 stars because the manager was nice enough to let me get the kids cheeseburger with veggies on it anyways for just this one time since I was not aware of this new rule but I will no longer be going to smashburger any more. Bring the old menu and pricing back!!! You have lost a long time customer because of it! Very...

I have to say that I am new to trying Smashburger, and it didn't disappoint! Being that I don't eat beef Finding a tasty, quality Turkey burger is sometimes hard to find but the Turkey burger was so delicious that I had to double check to see if it was in fact Turkey.... It was very tasty, hearty, and satisfying. Not to mention that they offer Smash fries and seasoned flavorful Brussel Sprouts grilled to perfection. The smash fries is season lightly with Rosemary, Olive Oil, and they are very good! All, I can say is that I am a foodie, very picky, and I had a great experience. I like this location because they take the time out to greet you, the owner is there working along side his crew, and I find that to show dedication and truly caring about your customers. yes, sometimes there can be a wait but that is because your food is made to order, and it will always be hot and fresh for you. I would rather wait for quality, than wait and get some garbage, then I will definitely be upset. Try it out, I promise you...

Normally have good service and good food. Unfortunately for us this last night we went they were semingly short staffed. Manager attempted to help my boyfriend order his food while I ordered at other register with my sister. Manager walked away from register while helping my boyfriend, and my sister and myself plus 3 other groups ordered before my boyfriend switched to the other register. Sweet tea was gone. Sat down and boyfriend and my sister got their food, but mine was still not ready. The server was nice enough to ask what is was i ordered to check on it. Told him i got the salad. He comes back that they're out of salad materials. I get a sandwich as a substitute, they're out of spinach. Fine I get lettuce on sandwich instead. Trying not to be upset since they're short staffed. Remind him we also ordered an oreo shake. Shake comes out as we're getting ready to leave, as a chocolate shake. I haven't been to this smashburger for almost a year and probably won't voluntarily come back...
