The customer service was so bad that I’ll never go back.

I ordered my food, and the burrito was all shell- they’d definitely skimped on the ingredients. I thought no big deal, I’ll bring it up and ask them to remake it. When I politely told them I felt as if they were too light on the ingredients, the lady rolled her eyes at me and turned away, shouting at the cook. He came up, took a look at what I had brought back, dragged it along the counter and threw it away, leaving part of the shell on the counter. When he was walking to the front with my re-made burrito, he kept eye contact with a death glare the whole time. This was 8 pm. They were not busy. Yet somehow, he still got ingredients that are not in what I ordered in the burrito. I repeat- HE WAS MAKING NOTHING ELSE. Since I’d already brought the burrito back once and it was more than just a tortilla shell this time, I let it slide with the extra bits of lettuce.

Not once was there an apology for the poorly made food or my inconvenience. Not once did anyone speak to me in a friendly tone. All they give you is rolled eyes, death glares, and...

Ate here with my boss today during our lunch hour and the mistakes were many. No receipt No straws despite being given 3 drinks (and only having ordered 2) Overcharged (checked bank statement later to find this out) Order was messed up hilariously (He ordered off the KFC menu and got a Taco Bell item) Asked for condiments multiple times, got them on the third try. Fried chicken was soggy.

My boss reacted pretty tamely to this aggressively bad service, but the manager remained wholly indifferent and dismissive. He wanted to return one of the extra drinks because he didn't have anywhere in the truck to place it, and they closed the drive-thru window in his face while he was speaking to them.

I apologize to the team for what happened next (he dropped the drink out of the driverside window onto the pavement before driving off.) but the lunchtime shift on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 were terrible on a level that I haven't seen outside of New Jersey.

This is my first review ever, and that's not a good thing. Today I went to the drive through of Taco Bell I ordered a t8 ( 3 crunchy tacos with a large drink) and the drive home for me is about 6 minutes. I got home and found my tacos wet, not soggy, but WET! I ate my tacos anyways because I'm already home. But all my tacos tasted nasty like the meat was old, so I tried to wash down that with my dr.pepper but even the damn dr.pepper didn't taste like dr.pepper. It was like my drink was watered down as soon as the worker poured it. I mean sometimes the food is good that's why I put 2 stars ,but you are rolling the dice when you go here.
