I would like to start this review off stating that I love Chick Fil A. As a brand. As a restaurant. Service is top level. However, I have reason to give this particular location 1 star. I would give 0, but I'm being considerate.
Tuesday April 3rd, 12:30PM. I pull up to CFA for lunch. I wanted to go inside, but when I opened the door, the line was literally backed up all the way to the entrance. So, I got back in my car and decided to go through the drive-thru. Ladies take my order, no problem. She asked if I was paying cash or card for my order. I replied cash. ( I had 10$ cash. 2 five dollar bills to be specific). I pull around to pay and receive my food, and hand the lady that was standing outside the window my money, and she immediately hands me my food and a few moments after that, she hands me 26 cents in change.
(I only ordered a Large fry, CFA sandwich, no drink. Which comes out to be $5.74)
So, after she hands me the change, she turns around but I'm still sitting there waiting for my change. She asked me, if I was waiting for something, I replied "my change" she tells me "We gave it to you" so I immediately got passive aggressive and told her I gave her 10$ and there should be change left over. She ask me again "Are you sure" and I told her "Absolutely, I have no reason to lie, I work for every dollar I have" so then she finally realizes I'm not moving until I get my change and she looks at the register, and I saw she didn't open the register, but she had My change (4$) in her hand the whole time.
So, I wasn't born yesterday. I don't want to accuse anyone of stealing, but that's why I decided to me very specific in leaving this detailed description of my encounter. A Few questions needs to be answered Look at my receipt and tell me,
1.) If I did give her only (5$) as she said I did, and my total is $5.74, why did she give me 26cents back?
2.) Why did she just so happen to have my remaining change (4$) in her hand, after she pretended to open the register to give me my change?
(I work in the area and I pass by VERY often.)
Not trying to slander. Degrade. Or bring shame to ChickFilA at all. Simply sharing my experience.
Hopefully something can be done.

Read moreThe problem is the miscommunication and unorganized drive thru. For the most part the workers are friendly & eager to do their job but the one worker with the headset in the drive thru today was unprofessional. We asked her why we needed to pull forward because the order was very simple regular combos and sauces. The worker gets an attitude without even answering tells us pull up after we asked her a direct question. Then the lady who brought the bag was nice & had to go get more sauces because there wasn't hardly any at first. While I asked to speak to a manager in which the head set chick refused at first. That insubordinate behavior is like having to talk to an adolescent child over my $50 food order. I found it to be preposterous qnd insulting to a paying customer to deal with the eye rolls & ratchetness. If I wanted that behavior I would have went to Little York location queen of the ghettos work at that location. This one is becoming the next one up for the nomination for moat ghetto. PULL UP BY THE RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY RED FLAG. After speaking to a civilized and professional manager she assured me that the lady with the bad attitude would be talked to. But dont say yall haven't been warned because I had to deal with it and my order was $47+ The worst part was I asked the unprofessional worker to back away from my vehicle several times while instructing her to call a manager and this worker tells me no I'm gonna just stand right here like she was the manager. That could have led to a physical altercation in which she would have been to blame for her own injuries had the manager not came as fast a she did. The worker needs to be placed or replaced somewhere more fitting for her poor non verbal communication skills. The neck snaps , eye rolls and exasperated sighs are uncalled for and do not need to be front line at a fast food chain that does not represent such behaviors. This a bad representation of Chick-fil-A and it's values on manners along with professionalism. I would not be proud if this was my employee and I'd definitely not come back being...
Read moreI Go here every morning for breakfast, but a few times the customer service of the workers is unprofessional. Very self-center Workers who Lack communication. They Take 10-15 minutes just too give me my Cool Wrap that is refrigerated already prepared and a cup of water, The other workers seem not to help each other, I don’t like to be the person to be rude, but I had to actually tell them I’ve been waiting on my meal for this long yet so simple to give too the customer. They need better training, A few of the workers throw attitude, They seem not to be happy we're their at, and I’m concern about their mental health. On this day today 9/13/2024 around 6:45 in the morning this Guy with glasses took my order, told I wanted the number 8 and a cup of water, but it took him 15 min until I had too go up their myself and tell them I’ve been waiting, the guy didn’t even give me my water, he lacks customer service and seem to be lazy not helping out, he seems unhappy and u could sense his Energy of being negative, I pray for his mental state. Never coming back to this Chic-fil-a again. I’m always going in their quite and calm with the workers but they take my kindness for granted, I still love them but they need more help in their Job.
