Smoothie King — Restaurant in Texas

I don’t normally write reviews but this has been happening since I moved here a year and a half ago. The drive thru is extremely slow. I have to block off 20-30 minutes of my day if I want to drive through to get a smoothie (even if there are only two other cars in the drive thru and almost no customers in the store). This is not something I have experienced at any other smoothie king location. This probably deters people from choosing smoothie king as a logical food option when on the go. When my husband went in to pick up my online order tonight, they did not acknowledge him for 4 minutes. He was the only person in the store. He tried to pick up the order at 7:13 when my online receipt told me it would be ready at 7:03. He had to wait an additional 5 minutes after asking about it to have it made. The workers have never been very friendly and tonight they seemed very rude and almost acted like it was an inconvenience to make our smoothie, even when it was already 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time on the app. I love the smoothies from smoothie king, but, I really don’t see the point in going to smoothie king if it is such as hassle to even do an online order...

Horrible service. Customer service is at an all time low in this location. Avoid this location like the plague. There is always a wait. It takes a long time to get your drink. Every single time I have ever asked for a styrofoam cup. They have never given me one. They have to take my shake back and dump it in another cup. The manager at this location is totally rude and unprofessional. They do not substitute enhancers at this location. The 2 women talking to me over the intercom repeated this several times. There are several other locations that do that especially if they are the same price I have the receipts to do prove this. When I got frustrated with how I was being treated I asked then to cancel my order. They said that was just fine. I guess they don’t need the business in this economy..They just lost a customer that come almost daily every week good job. Thursday 04/30/2020@2:15. The staff at this location...

IM TIRED OF WASTING MY MONEY HERE. I LIKE THE ISLAND IMPACT. BUT ITS Awful & watered down. They are NOT putting all the ingredients in the drinks. Their recipes are either messed up or they are out of items and failing to tell the customers. Every other smoothie king can make it better. But EVERY time we have picked up a drink here, watered down and is missing ingredients!!! WILL NOT RETURN. WHEN THE DRINK HAS MORE OF A WHITISH THAN ORANGE COLOR AND TASTE MORE LIKE ICE THAN ANYTHING ELSE...SOMETHING IS WRONG. I TASTE NO PROTEIN POWDER. NO PINEAPPLE. FIRST IT WAS YOUNG TEEN GUY WHO MADE THIS AND TODAY IT WAS LADIES IN THERE. TODAY WE ASK FOR MORE MANGO. MAYBE IT WOULD DO THE TRICK. NOPE. THEY STILL R MISSING INGREDIENTS. SO WHATS UP WITH THAT???
