Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

Me and my girlfriend waited over 40 minutes for our food that never showed up. We contacted the inside through the speaker and asked about our food after waiting 30 minutes, thinking surely they had it coming out. When the manager got onto the speaker, he rudely cut my girlfriend off from speaking and said that he had our order on the screen, but to be fair he was talking to fast that we barely understood what he was saying. He did tell us that they were backed up and the food was coming. Okay we'll give them that, maybe they are backed up. Nope. We watched as 2, almost 3 waves of brand new cars came and went after we had already ordered. The orders going out were very comparable in size to our own. At least 8 cars had gone through the drive through as well. We were still waiting, watching cars come and go. Until finally we got fed up, so we just left seeing as how we hadn't paid for anything yet. While driving to Taco Bell to actually get served we realized that the carhop had most likely given our order to the wrong car. We came to this conclusion because we noticed she brought an order that had the exact items on it from our order to the car next to us. I'm usually not one for reviews, or even being upset about service but that was just absolutely atrocious. To make matters even worse, as we pulled out we noticed that the place was most definitely not backed up, or even slightly busy. And upon thinking about it, we realized that the place was never even that busy seeing as how most of the cars that had come and go were using the same 3 stalls. We obviously just got shafted. At the expense of sounding like a Karen, please do better because we were in plain view of everyone in that kitchen besides the cooks. There's no way that none of the employees noticed we had been sitting there for over 40 minutes after we had ordered. We weren't there to hang out, we were hungry. Rant...

i went to sonic today to take advantage of the deal that says you get an all american hot dog or chili cheese dog for a dollar . so i went there and pressed the button on the machine no answer. Went to the next same thing . next one same thing . as i was looking at others i saw that when they pressed the button they would get answered so me and my mom were confused so we decided to ask an employee he was a Caucasian male probably around mid 20's with earrings i wish i knew his name to get him fired !!!! But i asked him excuse me he looked at me and just passed and didn't even come back to see what i said excuse me for idk if it was cus of my skin color . but that was very very rude to me. Finally we decided to leave because we were frustrated .This place dissapointed me never coming back here again .Not worth the wait and rudeness Just NONSENSE and i hope the manger see's this. noone should waste their time or money here pls i hope someone see's this and avoid what i had to go...

This is our 2nd attempt at getting a correct order. First time we ordered online, had to wait for an extra burger that they forgot and a cup of ice. Came home and every single burger was made incorrectly. Called and told them and they said they would replace it. Went up there and waited 30 minutes for our order. The girl making burgers with purple hair didnt change her gloves after coming and taking a drink, fixing her glasses, and touching her face. We finally get our food but now waiting on our drinks. We get back home and 4 burgers are made wrong or missing. We ordered 10 corn dogs and only got 5. Called the manager to complain yet again and was told that they wont fix it. Will be calling general manager in the morning for a full refund. The carhop that helped us was absolutely wonderful and would want her again. Didnt catch her name but she is black with long black hair and a nice smile. Dont ever go here even for...
