Listen, I walk in, big guy is on his cell phone; he doesn’t greet me, just hands me my pizza. Never once did he take the phone from his ear because a customer just happens to walk in the door. Now, usually, I would check my pizza, but this time, I was in a rush and didn’t check until I got to work. Open the box of CHEESE pizza and the pizza is BURNT! I’m at work. It’s like I can leave to go back and get it made right. Tried calling. No answer. Called as I’m getting off work and the manager says he can’t remake the pizza because it’s been too long since I picked up the pizza. Sir, it’s the same day. I haven’t even touched the pizza. And you're telling me you can’t remake a cheese pizza??? He told me the pizza is always going to be burnt when you add extra sauce. Sir, do you know how dumb you sound making that silly comment? It burns when you aren't paying attention to it... maybe because you were on your phone and not working. I will never order here again. Whoever the owner is need to fire the staff and get new people in there who will take customer service more seriously!
After reading some of the reviews, it seems like the "owner" says the same thing to each complaint, "Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon." Instead of, "We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear," FIX THE ISSUE and then MAYBE, JUST MAYBE you'll see some of these people back again. Then she called them and told them what happened and the manager was rude so I took over the phone call he put me on hold for 5 minutes asking the name of the person that took the order. I told him he could look up who worked that night it was a easy fix to find out he asked for my aunts number so before I gave him the number I asked him what was his name then he continued to ask over talking me when I ask for his name over and over so he told me his name was David then I gave him the number and right when I asked for corporate number he hung up rudely so I called back no answer. I decided to dive to the location and found out that he lied about his name and told me his real name was Gary. I explained to him this was not the correct way to hald customer service and not to insult my intelligence because he was trying to play dumb like it wasn't him we spoken to.I'm writing this this he's remaking the pizza and corporate will still be called in this matter. I genuinely believe Pizza Hut is the best pizza they usually never miss but this location KNOWINGLY gave me burnt food, I walked in the manager rudely greeted me the shoved me order to me rudely telling me to check my order while stacking everything on top of each other every time I tried to open something. As I tried to open one item he goes, oh you don’t need to bother opening that. I told him oh now this isn’t a delivery this is my food. The way he was rushing me and talking me I just packed up the food to leave as quickly as I could, I thought the Interaction was odd.
