Worst management I've seen thus far. I rarely visit Burger King, but yesterday I paid them a visit. I've had a bad share of bad experiences, but I often give them the benefit of the doubt. It was packed the moment I walked in. The long line could be seen as a "good" sign because one can think that the place serves good food and quality customer service. Although the food was excellent, I must talk about the poor, or should I say "non-existence management on site"
There were only 3 employees attending the big crowd. 2, at the cash register, and one young lady preparing the food. I asked for the manager so that he/she could come and help out, but I was soon told that she had locked herself in the office for no apparent reason. The poor employees looked overwhelmed, but they still continued their upstanding service. Props to the employees: They did an amazing job at handling the big crowd, as mentioned earlier. Special props for the young lady who prepared food. It is quite embarrassing that some people dare to call themselves " managers."
In today's society the term "manager" is often portrayed as a sign of respect that comes with extra perks, like in the case of yesterday's manager "doing whatever you want with absolutely no accountability or repercussions." Whoever is the manager in charge should be terminated. Burger King, as a brand, is going bankrupt. A huge part of it is due to mere negligence. Which often comes from managerial positions. I will also file a complaint at BBB. Please, employees should be treated with respect...
Read moreThe place was nice and the staff seemed friendly. I'm plant-based, and I loved the patty of the Impossible Whopper. It tasted just like meat and it's better for the animals and the environment. 👏
However, I wish that the cheese were plant-based cheese and not regular dairy cheese . So the Impossible Whopper is not 100% plant based.
I learned about the dairy industry the other day and it's so cruel and devastating to the environment. Also, many people are lactose intolerant and dairy cheese may cause hormone imbalances and other health issues too. So please Burger King bring in dairy-free cheese so many of my friends and I can enjoy the food and support...
Read moreDrove out of my way to get burger King. Order meal, they say out of regular buns. I say no problem. They say only have certain types of drinks. I say I don't drink those. Laughing I say do I get discount for no drink. Manager has me pull around and starts lecturing me about doing me a favor about opening. I say I just asked a question why is she getting upset at me. Again I try to tell her I wasn't complaining, and by this time I was getting upset. She preceded to lecture me, and shut the window on me. All I can say is for a simple no discounts I could of had my meal and been...
