The service at this Starbucks is downright terrible. It’s painfully obvious that the staff is more focused on closing and getting out early than actually caring for their customers. Instead of delivering good service, they lie to customers' faces just to get them to leave faster. They’ll say whatever they need to hurry people out the door, even if it means bending the truth. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of integrity and genuine customer care from a place that prides itself on a welcoming atmosphere.
When you walk in, there's no greeting, no acknowledgment—just cold indifference. It feels like you’re an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When they’re done with your order, they don’t even bother to say “have a good night” or offer any semblance of courtesy. Instead, they just turn around and go back to mopping or chatting among themselves, clearly more interested in their closing tasks than in customer satisfaction. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of basic manners and professionalism.
To make matters worse, they don’t just ignore you—they’ll talk about you behind your back the moment you’re out of earshot. It’s astonishingly rude and makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. You shouldn’t have to wonder if the staff is gossiping about you simply because you asked for help or had a question. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that this location has a serious problem with its work culture and attitude toward customers.
What’s worse is the way they try to gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. They’ll claim that their system has changed and that they can’t add gift cards to your app, even though it’s a basic feature any day-one barista should know how to do. There’s literally a huge button on the first page of the POS system labeled “RELOAD CARD.” It’s not complicated, and their insistence that it can’t be done feels more like an excuse to avoid a few extra minutes of work. This level of dishonesty and manipulation is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see such a decline in...
Read moreMy coffee was wrong, they forgot to put an extra shot of expresso and vanilla sweet cold foam. I made one of the ladies aware of this but she immediately was rude and confrontational arguing that I ordered it wrong. So I stood there and just listened after a few rude replies she finally said,”so what is it that you want, you want cold foam?” I said yes please, thinking they were going to remake my drink right!!! 2 min. Later she comes out and hands me a small cup of foam. ( with a look on her face and a demeanor to Fudge off). I didn’t say anything else I’m not going to let this minuscule thing ruin my day, she has an Ego the size of a Boulder and No Your skin tone has nothing to do with this, so please don’t even try it!! Although, I’m sure you know very well how to play the victim role!! I’m sorry that you have unresolved trauma but please don’t take it out in the world sis!! I promise you we don’t owe you anything! You didn’t give me a chance to say it, but I LOVE YOU and I wish you peace and healing!!! You’ll be in my prayers! Wishing an abundance of Love, light, peace and abundance to everybody reading...
Read moreUPDATED August 2, 2023 - After shifting to Zun-Zun across the street and Black Rifle Coffee, I decided to try again recently. The horseplay among the employees isn't occurring any longer. They are very quick, accurate, and friendly. The bathrooms remain clean as well. As a result, I am adjusting my review. Thanks!!
Original Review: Very Very loud inside; hard to concentrate; the employees are constantly horsing around, laughing very loudly, and generally loud loud loud - it's very distracting; they are all very friendly and my coffee is always done well and the bathrooms are CLEAN - something Starbucks typically has an issue with from my experience; for a more quiet place there is Zun Zun across the street - perfect for a meeting up or to get a little work done while enjoying a really good coffee! Zun Zun has a really nice outdoor patio and it's behind the building so you don't have so much...
