This is my second bad encounter at this location. In line with my best friend. She ordered a Philly footlong. After 3 minutes of waiting (standing around) another sandwich artist comes out but does not ask me for my order. Skips me and waits on someone else. My friend says she is next. The artist continues to wait on the other person. After finishing my friend sandwich, he ask me what I would like. Now the person behind me has to wait for the sides to be added to her 2 sandwiches. I ask for a chicken bacon ranch but was not given the chance to state chicken cubes instead of shredded chicken. He began making the sandwich. Meanwhile, they are speaking in Spanish, so you don't understand what they are saying. We ask to speak with a manager. The young man had to translate the whole conversation to a non English speaking manager. She just nodded her head. My last encounter was about 2 months ago. The sandwich artist was upset that I did not want the shredded chicken. Customer service should be spoken to patrons in all languages. Don't make non Spanish speaking people feel uncomfortable and not wanted in your place of business. Money does not discriminate. Please don't discriminate against people who are there to help...
Read moreStay away from this location if you like using the App. App said food was going to be ready at 11:45. I ordered it at 11:20. I arrived and there were no online orders ready. I checked to see if they were in the process of making my order and they were not. There was one guy just minding the register. After watching them complete the other orders I asked where my order was, thinking it might be behind the counter. It was not. He said it will be ready in 5 minutes and proceeded to start making it. One of the employees game me a look that I did not like when they finally finished my order. I will not be doing any business with this location ever again.
To the owner: I think your employees are stealing food because they barely put any lettuce on the sandwich. I would gather that they are taking it home to their families. I own a security company and can assist with cameras.

I ordered a blt the same way as I have from other locations but for some reason I only had 1 and 1/2 piece of bacon! Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice because I added pepperoni to the blt but I was already suspicious of them skimping the portions from previous visits so immediately went to check and yes only 1 1/2 limp piece. Then they over toasted the bread that was already not fresh. Why would you send a sandwich out like this??
I work in the food industry and used to work for subway in college and I genuinely feel like this location doesn’t deserve to be in business.
