Jaggers — Restaurant in Katy

So I put 5 star in all categories. I went here w my pregnant girl after an appointment and the store was actually closed and training. However, despite not being open, the owners and staff all were extremely friendly and gave us food free of charge and my goodness…I could not believe how good this food was. Me and my girl have eaten at almost every restaurant in Houston. This place is so good I wish I payed for it. They wouldn’t let me tip them. The burgers, the chicken tenders, the milkshakes…absolutely amazing! Levels above In-n-Out and Whataburger! I couldn’t be honest enough. Go try this place now! I’ve never encountered a friendlier staff than this. What an amazing first impression. The shakes were made w real ingredients. The burgers, the buns, what can I say?!!… just amazing. Out of traveling everywhere, this is honestly the best fast food I have ever had in my life (I’ve been to over 25+ states). I don’t even write reviews. This is an outlier! Trust me, go and order food here and if you disagree w anything I’ve said then pls @ me. My girl and I are very picky people. I’m genuinely impressed and blown away! I’m just so happy they are close to me in Katy, TX, I felt obligated to leave this review, they gave us a salad too that was awesome. Go there, and then remember this review. And then go and tell your family/friends and act like your the one putting them on this special find. We had a chance to visit their newest location in Katy, and we were blown away at how great everything was. It was me, my husband, and our two daughters and we all loved our food. I tried the bacon avocado burger, and I absolutely inhaled it. It comes with two juicy, perfectly cooked patties plus Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, mayo and two perfect slices of avocado with a brioche bun. The burger has such a great flavor, and I got it as a combo with tater tots, which were crispy and seasoned really well. My husband’s Sunrise burger comes with two patties, American cheese, ham, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and topped with a fried egg. My husband absolutely loved it! It’s not like any other burger he’s had before, and he also loved the tater tots, which is crazy because he normally doesn’t care for them. Our two daughters got a bacon cheeseburger and chicken tenders and they loved their food too. The kids combos come with their choice of fries, tots, or a big fruit cup with premium fruit, plus a drink. They also offer big salads, chicken sandwiches, and a lot of sides you don’t typically see at other places like side salads, seasoned edamame, and mac and cheese. They also offer desserts like brownies, cookies, and milkshakes. They sell Coke products and also offer sweet and unsweetened tea. Everything is very reasonably priced, and is a better value for the money than most other fast food burger places. I was pleasantly surprised about this place.

At first, I avoided Jaggers as the photo's they post of their burgers on their ads honestly does not look appetizing at all to me. It looks dry and flat and just not good. My only suggestion would be to post better and more appealing photos... but nevertheless, I finally found myself giving them a try for the first time this past week and I was blown away.

The food is delicious! I've already been back for a second visit as it is also cheaper than some of the other fast food options around the area. Burgers were juicy and filled. I definitely recommend getting the tots on the side as they are perfectly crisp, fluffy and salted. The fresh lemonade is also refreshing!
