Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

Vera was kind until she followed my husband to my table where I was eating my salad in order to strongarm him into giving a a review on BOTH RECIEPTS because we had two orders. The man who brought us the food was amazing though! They were nice enough but I told her please let me eat. She said I should leave a review too and ignored my request calling me princess. It was a very awkward encounter. Please listen when people say they are trying to eat and don’t force them into making a review for you. My husband was too nice and did it anyway. Don’t strongarm people into making a good review. The second burger was all jacked up ordered avocado on it and it wasn’t even on the sandwich it was smeared on the wrapper lol. She made a good review go sour because she could not respect my boundaries. Please understand I’m not your princess I don’t know you and don’t ever force anyone into an awkward situation to leave you a review as it will just make us not want to come back. If we wanted to leave a review we would have. NO MEANS NO DONT BE A BULLY also I ordered a salad and the chicken wasn’t fully cutt so I tried to pull it apart with my fingers and lost some chicken on the floor… that’s not what irritated me it was her, She was talking randomly to herself at my table about how sometimes the salad is good and not good I don’t know what she was doing. I just needed to eat something and wanted to enjoy it not be pestered. The food wasn’t horrible I have had worse but definitely not made with love and lazily put together. I wasn’t upset until she started harassing us because we must have seemed nice. I don’t know but I won’t be going back inside to...

Family of 6 and we ALL agreed on Whataburger for dinner ( let me just bask in the warm glow of that miracle..) I ordered through the app, double checking that I entered each order as requested and even filled in the spot where it let you assign the order to the correct person (I was under the impression that that would make it easier to pass out the food)....well, when I got to the parking spot and entered my spot #, I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my food. On top of the 10 minutes it told me it would take for the food to be ready initially. When my daughter touched the bag they handed her she commented that she didn't the food would be hot (and it wasnt) because the bag felt cold. I was hungry but not enough to prolong eating warm food for hot. Got home and the bags weren't labeled so we're digging through all of the sandwiches trying to figure out who's is who. Finally, I get mine... and it's a sloppy mess. Lettuce knuckles, bun soggy from all of the ketchup, bacon piled up in the center of the bun. I was thankful that I didn't go to bed hungry that night but that was not a pleasant experience. It wasn't even on the weekend. I guess I wouldn't have been SO disappointed if when the last time I visited Whataburger (in all fairness it was a different location) I only ordered fries and a chocolate shake and they couldn't even get that right. How do you mess up fries and a shake?? I'll put some distance between my last visit and the next. When they get it right, they are the bomb, so I won't write them...

This particular location was not at their best tonight.They have this two lane drive through where your food is brought out to the lane I was in. She held it in her hand as she walked down the lane to bring us our meal. So the food seemed soggy and cooler than it should have been. Usually Whataburger is on top of their game however this evening s friend and I went thru the drive through and ordered two meals. Both meals the French fries were not cold but you could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time or even re-dropped into the fryer after sitting too long . Then the burgers were put together sloppily so while I ate them onions and tiny pieces of lettuce kept falling out. Also when we looked in the bag for napkins we found that there was none there . In there place was extra straws . It was kinda hard to wipe our hands with the straws. But that's all we had. Like I said Whataburger usually sets the bar much higher. I would expect this from a much less expensive fast food place but when I pay the extra bucks, paying almost 9.00 dollars for my meal. I should get a better experience. So overall I was disappointed with this Location on this trip.Also when I went there I was so hungry that any thing should have seemed like it was especially good and it was not so I should have given only two stars but since In the past Whataburger has done so well possibly in the six star range I borrow a star from them..
