This has got to be the worst store when it comes to getting orders right. I have been going to this location for a couple of years now & each year, my orders are wrong about the same amount that theyâre suitable, with a 50% success rate on correct orders. Speed doesnât matter at that point. They are giving up accuracy for volume. Like many things in life, you canât have it both ways. And this location has gone so far left towards the volume of orders that they have neglected the quality of those orders. With a business plan like this, itâs only a matter of time before their demise or at least the expiration of the franchise owner. As we know this isnât a Chick-fil-A problem, itâs a management problem.
Things I see that need fixing when the drive-through rep reads the order back to the customer, but for some reason, that same order doesnât make it to the window. Thatâs a disconnect between the communication of the employees. What motivated this response was my order today.
I placed two orders. A salad & a spicy deluxe with one large fry, one small fry & 1 reg sweet tea & 1 small sweet tea with one cookie.
When I pulled up to the window, I only got one reg sweet tea & one small fry along with my salad & spicy deluxe. I proceeded to tell the window that things were missing & they looked at their computer & said that it wasnât on order. Of course, I told them what I ordered & they said well youâll have to pay for that. (Ahh duh) as if that isnât obvious. But when I drove off once I got the small tea, I noticed my order was so far wrong I didnât have the energy to fight these people to get the order correct.
Chick-fil-A isnât the same company as they were years ago at least this location reflects that notion. Customer service has taken a backseat at this location & their quality or order accuracy is even worse. Be on the lookout at this location, as theyâll get your order wrong more...

I ordered a kiddie meal via a drive thru. When I gave the milk to my daughter I noticed it's a bit lighter so i opened it then i saw milk does not have the safe lid that you remove and and its half it content. I called the store told them the incidence then the person on the other line says just drop by the store. I told yeah I will because that drink is included in the meal that I paid for. It's a good thing i am with my daughter cause if her alone she would not notice it and will just drink it anyway and who knows who drinks it first!!! When i went to the store one staff asked me what to do i need so i gave her the milk and told her that i had talk with someone on the phone and told me to just go in the store to assist me. Wow! Chik fil a surely has A+ costumer service (sarcasm included). The staff took the milk throw in the trash bin (which should have been thrown away on the 1st place, then there shouldn't have been a hassle too) and gave me a new one then left. No sorry for the hassle. No don't worry this will not gonna happen again.
If there is one thing nice is she did not give any excuses she left so I told her and the other staff beside her, you should check the food you serve. And then she answers oh probably that's is the milk they used this morning. Awesome! Very sanitized, and very comforting to know if you guys are serving food the...
Read moreWe ordered four Chick-fil-A combos through the app/DoorDash from the Morton Ranch location, with one meal redeemed through rewards. This is now the third time weâve had similar issues whenever a no-charge item is included in an order. Our $79 order arrived with only the four drinks and two fries â no meals.
We have two children, and because we couldnât drive to the restaurant at the time, we chose delivery for convenience. After this ordeal, we had to wait until work was done before we could get something else to eat. It was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
When we called, both a team member and a manager apologized but said we needed to contact DoorDash, even though itâs clear the drivers only deliver what the restaurant gives them. DoorDash also refused responsibility and directed us back to Chick-fil-A. We were bounced between the two companies with zero accountability or resolution.
For a brand built on customer service and âmy pleasure,â this experience was the opposite. Weâve been loyal customers from the S. Mason location to Morton Ranch, but after this, our confidence in this restaurant is gone. A simple mistake became an exhausting ordeal that neither Chick-fil-A nor DoorDash cared to fix. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers donât have to go through the same experience again. This doesnât even...
