After a long trip and a late arrival, my family and I made a spontaneous stop at Piada on our way home from the airport—and we are so glad we did! Even though it was just before closing, we were greeted with a warm smile and incredible hospitality by Chef Norman, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The food? Phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You’d never guess we arrived near the end of the night—the ingredients tasted vibrant, the portions were generous, and everything was beautifully prepared. From the pasta to the piadas to the sides, each bite was a perfect blend of comfort and quality.
Chef Norman’s attention to detail and kindness truly stood out and turned a quick stop into a memorable experience. We left feeling full, refreshed, and genuinely appreciated as guests.
Thank you, Piada (and Chef Norman!), for being a delicious and delightful end to our journey. We’ll definitely be back—this might just become our new go-to stop...
Read moreI've known about Piada Italian Street Food for a while but only recently got the chance to stop in and I'm so glad I did!
I ordered the Lemon Kale Cesar Salad with grilled chicken to go, and WoW it completely exceeded my expectations! The flavor was just as bright and fresh as the description promised. I asked for the dressing on the side (just in case), but it turned out to be a total win zesty, delicious, and honestly so good I've been dreaming of going back just to have it again.
I also tried the Spicy Sausage Piada Pocket, which had good flavor but left me wanting a little more. It would've really benefited from a warm marinara dipping sauce and a fresh out of the oven cheese pull. I ended up dipping it in my salad dressing, which worked, but didn't hit the same. I could take or leave the pocket, but now I'm curious to try the other varieties.
Overall, a great first impression and a new salad...
Read moreThe only one that didn’t have an attitude was the gentleman preparing the food. The woman helping prepare the food and the young lady at the register had a super attitude problem. The amount of spinach that she put in the pasta was an absolute joke and then the kale Cesar salad there’s no kale at all it’s a whole but of lettuce. Then the stuffed breast sticks are absolutely terrible in taste and flavor very hard and stale . The place was empty when we got the but I thought because of the reviews. I really don’t see at all why this place has reviews like this with the quality of the food and staff. This is terrible I can’t even believe I spent 49$ on this. The pastas are sour the pesto pasta and carbonara like I’m not a picky person at all and I don’t post a lot of reviews but I just don’t understand why we were treated like this and why the...
