I drove up to this location just a few minutes after 8pm. I seriously thought the store was closed because all the chairs at every table were upside down on the table tops. I checked the posted hours and it was scheduled to remain open until 10pm. I commented to the workers behind the counter, Franklin and Kelly, that I thought they were closed because they already picked up all the chairs. They both just smirked. As my family of 5 started to place their orders we were being told that they couldn't make the order because they were "out of that". Finally, my family settled for what was available on the half empty line (pics are included). As I am typing this, I am standing while my family is sitting in a booth that only seats 4. I asked the worker (Franklin) if they planned on putting the chairs back so that my entire family could sit down together. His response was that it was already 8:30 and Kelly was about to leave and it was "JUST TOO MUCH WORK". Instead of disturbing my family with my frustration about the apparent lack of respect for my family choosing to walk into a business that looked closed with a limited menu and disrespectful staff, I chose to literally stand while my family sat and ate their food at a booth that only sits 4 and my family included 5. It is a shame that a business like Subway is employing people at this location who believe that leaving the dining area open to customers until closing time is "JUST TOO MUCH WORK"! And even more shameful to have a staff who was aware, by my request that the tables be made available so that my ENTIRE FAMILY OF 5 could dine together, would choose to not allow us to sit together and smirked at my family as I chose to stand quietly and type this review instead of voicing my distaste more openly and disrupting my family. Subway is a great place to eat but this location has some serious issues with staffing. As I am typing this several more families have walked in and asked "Are you still open? It looks closed!" Two of these families were families of 5 and 6. I guess they will have to stand or get their food to go because Kelly and Franklin feel it is TOO MUCH WORK to make the tables available until closing for us to sit and dine. If the owner or management chooses to keep these two employees on staff then I encourage everyone to find somewhere else to take your family to eat. Hopefully, they will honor the Subway brand and commitment and replace Kelly and Franklin with new workers who do not believe that performing their duties is...

On 08/27/16 at 2pm, I walked in to get a sandwich (meatball)...there was one customer sitting eating, and no worker to be found. I was figuring maybe they were getting a delivery or in the back. The door chimes when someone enters, so they would be aware of a customer entering. I stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes, when an employee (male, tattoos on both arms) finally made it to the front. I greeted him politely to which I received a look of indifference as if I had put him out. He asked what I wanted and I stated a meatball sub...he walks around and gloves up, then looks right at me without looking anywhere else and states almost incomprehensible, " we got no meatballs."
Your employees need some damn customer service training and an attitude adjustment! ...

No where on their signage does it state the 5 sandwiches they offer for this price need to be on the sub bread, not on a wrap. Additionally, they dont even offer wraps. Not that their sold out, they dont have them, period. Their idea of a wrap is to "load" up a flatbread on the short side and 'wrap/roll' it up. Location gets 2 stars only cause at least the 2 staff that were working were friendly and empathetical and offered to refund me the difference even tho I declined. Please fix your signs or train staff to alert people who dont order on your actual sub bread if that's a stipulation your special. Very disappointed...
