This was by far the WORST service I ever had at any fast food restaurants. FIRST the young lady never greeted us or asked what kind of sandwich we wanted, she just looked at us. SECOND she needs to be taught how to properly make a sandwich. THIRD she need to learn how to talk when a customer asks her a question and not nod her head or just don't answer. She first made my daughter sandwich and it was super sloppy with the tomatoes falling off the sandwich and then proceeds to pick them up and put back on the sandwich. Then with my sandwich she had a knife with mayonnaise on it and was fixing to use it to fold my sandwich over, I stopped her and ask can you use another knife I don't eat mayonnaise. OK now at the register she asked my daughter what kind of sandwich you got but you just fixed it, after my daughter paid she asked me the same question what kind of sandwiches you have. I'm like saying to myself you just fixed these 2 sandwiches how you don't know. But the killing part she pushed the sandwiches to us without putting them in a bag, my daughter said we don't get bags, she said VERY RUDELY oh I was just separating them, how that's and you pushed them to us. Then after we paid she bagged them and pushed them to us again rudely without giving us our receipts and walked off, my daughter reached over and got our receipts. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! This young lady needs to be retrained on how to make sandwiches and how to interact with the customer. I wish I could give 0 stars on her service. I wish there was an option for negative stars i Put an order in online before they closed they called me at 10:01 saying that they lock the doors at 9:55pm and that their computers which I'm guessing they mean their point of sale shuts off magically at 10pm and they cant use it also when I asked for the rude kids name and the name of the girl yelling profanities in the background he said it was against subways customer service guide lines to give out names so I asked for the managers name or the GM or store managers name which is the face of the store for any public relations or customer service related issues and he said there was no manager there and that he cant give names out it was against subways policy . and he told me that they don't have a single store manager so if I wanted to talk to someone id have to come up in the morning. Not only did he lie continually but had an attitude and was very rude .whoever the girl in the background of the call was should be fired for the language she was using towards me I guess she thought I couldn't hear her but I could and I'm appalled it was sickening to be treated in such a fashion by a quote "neighborhood subway that caters mainly to families". The staff here is garbage I can only assume they put their horrible attitudes into their work and your food I wouldn't trust anything that gets made here. This young lady Paige working at this place should not have any contact with customers. My family and I walked in for my 11yo daughter to place an order. We were ignored for over a minute. I tried not to get upset and finally I said, “hello I see you are working on an order, but at least acknowledge our presents to let us know that you will be with us shortly.” She had no emotion and just took her time and moved even slower. Nothing. I’m sorry for the wait or just simply giving any eye contact. It’s sad b/c I know if this was her own establishment. She would not treat customers like that. A pray our youth gets better and grow. Please don’t have a job in the front of the house if you do not want to deal with customers period.
