The store manager Eli threatens to fire employees over providing refunds on orders the store has messed up. Food provided has been stale and soggy many times. Today the Chalupa taco shells were hard as bricks and nacho fries were soggy.

When I returned to get a refund for the tacos, they refused to refund all the tacos and fries. Refusal to refund food that is stale is diabolical.

I provided the order to the staff to check the quality of the items. After they denied giving me a refund, I asked for the original order back. When I asked for the order back, they refused to return it. The cops had to come intervene for them to return the order back to me.

On top of that, they stopped serving all fried items and specifically said CHALUPAS can no longer be served. What does that tell you? They were no longer good and they still chose to serve them to me and then REFUSED to refund them

If you do not want to refund an order, make it right the first time! Do not hold food past its waste time period. Throw it away and make fresh food for paying customers. That solves your problem and would have much better outcomes.

Store manager Eli is not working at location most of the time and threatens employees for doing the right thing. I think the owner of this franchise should consider coming by. If the owner is Eli, then you need to train your employees better on food preparation if you don’t want to lose money.

Please choose a different location if you wish to have Taco Bell. The staff here does not care about the quality of food and have no honor...

Went to location in Montgomery around 8pm on Wednesday evening. Walked in and saw 4 employees working. Placed my order and got my drink cups. Time on receipt was 8:06pm. No one else in the restaurant and maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive-through. Sat down to wait on our food. After about 15 minutes I walked up to counter and noticed no one was making food, which means our order was still not ready. Finally after another 5 or 10 minutes the young lady who had taken my order asked if we had our food and I stated No. She found another employee and finally someone started to make our food. No sence of urgency on that employees part, so finally 8 minutes later we got our food. I asked to speak to a manager and a young black female came out and I explained to her what had just happened. She acted like it was no big deal and didn't even apologize or say I'm sorry. The food was just mediocre. When we got ready to leave I needed a refill on my iced tea, which is behind the counter. I waited and watched for over 6 minutes as the manager and employees were in the office playing on their cell phones. I finally pushed the door open and shut and the manager finally came out and refilled my tea. I asked her why she came out of the office and she stated because she heard the door open. I explained to her that was the only way I could get somebodys attention to get a refill because they were all in the office playing on their cell phones. This Taco Bell, this one, of many Taco Bells, I really had to leave more as to why I am leaving a 5 star review. We have all stopped at fast food chains, and some have phenomenal craving fixes, but something else may not go absolutely correct...but still, it's kinda a toss up. Goodness gracious, this Taco Bell 🥰🤣. I'm with my 13 year old daughter, mind you I'm 50 yrs old....very young in spirit. Still, I'm still the mom who would rather go cook a meal, quickly. So these trips to Taco Bell, McDonalds, etc., I'm not always up to current menu items, most times. My 13 year old took full advantage of the previous knowledge🫣. So I order the 12 hard taco ×2, and I'm asking my daughter did she want anything else, and she said," The cinnamon bun ball things". I had no idea, and I was in a hurry, and I responded to the drive through lady," yes Ma'am, do you have cinna...." Honey what are they called.... Daughter: Cinnaballs

Yes Ma'am do you have any Cinnaballs? This precious lady I'm certain had a bit of embarrassment, and was politely letting me carry on with my obvious ignorance. The Tacos were phenomenal. And yes, those cinnamon filled roll thingys, they are delicious if you eat them slowly....
