Love their food, but their service is undesirable, more specifically, the server named SONIA is a horrible customer representative and I dont think i had asked for much. I requested my mom (who has to follow certain dietary needs) be given vegetable instead of meat, and requested my order of 5 tacos to be cut up because i cannot currently chew because of a toothache. She disregard both requests, and did not attend to us after our order was brought out. This is the 3rd time ive been served by her and sadly it will be the last , i dont think my requests were unreasonable to ask for. If you dislike requests from customers, dont work in customer service industry.

Read moreunfortunately didn't have the best experience. I placed an order over the phone when I went to pick it up. I paid for the order.There is a table in the front of the restaurant that says pick up orders, therefore I take the bag that has my name on it with the receipt listing all items that we ordered. We arrived at our office to see that they left out 2 specials. We had to drive back and eat there because it's our lunch time. No apology at all on behalf of staff. We get back to work and find that the 3 leches cake is old/expired although the date states otherwise. I called and the owner Raul answered. I told him about the cake and mentioned to him about our order he then said VERY rudely that I should have never grabbed my order off the table. He started to argue that I should have waited for someone to hand me my order. I told him they're were multiple staff members present and someone saw me taking my order and even gave me my drink. What I should've gotten was not what I ordered, this banana split container wasn't even filled half way, it was extremely smaller in portion size. I'm not a complainer but I paid $40 for 2 orders (one of them was 5 fajita tacos) and 1 drink just to get what seemed like enough meat for 3 tacos. I called so they could fix my order, took pictures of what I received and what is shown on the menu which was clearly a big difference, only for the lady on the phone to be rude and when I asked to speak to the manager said they weren't working then when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I'm a really good customer and pay good money everytime I go.. just so my complaint be ignored, my order that wasn't fixed, then hung up on. Horrible customer service and we will never be back again. Don't waste your time here and especially don't buy to-go because they take advantage of the portion size by putting less and ripping their customers off.
