I only have been here twice, because someone has brought me there, and they were looking for a piece for a truck the first time. I was happy that there was someone there to help out with what they were looking for. Because it was a bit hot, and that is why I give it three stars. An this time they were looking for windows, and we were hoping that someone was going to help us out. But no one was oht there to help out, and that is the reason why I give it two stars is because I had went to asked for help, and no one helped out. An the person I was with went to asked for help to get the windows off the vehicle, and they did help out. Worse customer service ever. I called to ask about 2 things and the guy told me he doesn't have it. Before I could start my next questions he hangs up. I called again to ask about the second part and as soon as he heared my voice he said "I told you we don't have we don't have" and he was mad and yelling. I tried to tell him that I'm looking for something else he kept his voice higher than mine shouting "I told you we don't have it. I called many times after that within 10 minutes and kept picking the phone and hanging up without answering. It was stupid, rude, and way far from being a professional business. I can only imagine that this is a "front" for something else. I saw the car I needed to get a part of of that they said they didn't have. I told them I could see the car and just wanted to see if the Lap Belt buckle was available.
