I ordered a bacon burger combo with onion rings through Uber. The driver came straight to my house, no stops & was here in minutes. The cons: The onion rings were ice cold and the burger wasn't far behind. The options I chose under "choose 2 sauces" were ketchup & ranch. No ranch to be seen. My reason for 4 stars: I would think in the restaurant industry a food warner would be a necessity especially for take out. Cold food doesn't warrant a great rating in my book unless it's meant to be cold. This was my first experience with The Burger Den. I always give a 2nd chance & hopefully they won't disappoint next time. The pros: I will add, the burger was made to order perfectly, the packaging is right on & the sweet cream cold brew was firehouse worthy. I look forward to trying this again.

Me and my wife got extremely sick after having burger meals last night. I pray that no one else has got sick. We were extremely sick this morning. It was our first time there and we were excited to try a different burger spot. Next time we will be going to our normal whataburger.

It’s a “Ghost Spot” it’s really Denny’s with their own spin off called “The Burger Den” And “The Meltdown”. I ordered a shake with my food, and the shake came with an unrequested “special ingredient” a whole black hair in the darn thing 🤮🤮
