I came here on a Thursday night with my husband and another couple for a fun date night and we had a great time! Food was really good, too! I worked in the restaurant industry for 7+ years and know what great customer service is, but don’t expect to find it at this Top Golf location. Our server was barely around, he would walk past our table and act like he didn’t see us, we literally had to flag him down every time we needed something because he didn’t come to check on us hardly at all. He wasn’t very attentive or friendly at all. We ordered a bucket of beer and we were told they only had 2 michelob ultras left, so we told him we would split the bucket between the ultras and Miller lite. We only got Miller in the bucket. We played golf for a good 2.5 almost 3 hours until closing time, so we spent quite a bit of $$$ at this location tonight between games and food/alcohol. I’m so disappointed in the lack of friendliness and customer service that every single employee seemed to show. One manager came to our table right at closing time and we asked if we were okay to finish our drinks and she said yes, within 5 minutes, a different manager came by and told us we needed to leave right then and that we had had plenty of time to get out. I understand you’re ready to go home at the end of the night, but maybe let your customers finish their drink and tip out their server (who was awful, but I didn’t want to not tip him due to previously being in the restaurant industry). Read moreWe went last saturday and we had horrible service! Our waitress straight up left us to go deal with the big Top and never Returned after taking our initial orders! After that the food came out what I would consider pretty late considering we ordered the food shortly after we began playing and I paid for an hour and a half. When the food came out with about 35 minutes to spare. We noticed that 1 of the orders was wrong. When we spoke up immediately, the person who gave us the food was Very disrespectful in his tone. I have to say that is the 1st time where any server has said we made the wrong order. We sent it back explaining what we wanted and our time was doing doing down. , as this happens somebody with authority came up and stated Hey your food's almost out. I'm gonna add another fifteen minutes. Golly G Bud thank you so much now. It's like I'm at boot camp because the food didn't come out for another 5 or 10 minutes so now I have that much time remaining to eat my food. While I finally have my food I have but five minutes left and they give us the Buzzing alert and then we have somebody come up and say ,"Hey guys we need the seat, we love you but they keep trying to seat somebody here." I spoke up and said ,"yeah well there was a pretty significant delay in the food service today," And he's responds " yeah I understand but we need the table. They set us up with our 3 pods 20 mins late, then moved us so the 2 hours of golf ended up being about 1.5 hours! They brought me my total which was more left due than the subtotal before my $210 deposit. I asked for explanation and the manager lady left and said she would be back, she didn’t come back Ramon did and he was a NIGHTMARE I have never felt more disrespected he approached me like I should listen to what he said and should agree because he was a man and I was a woman. He then said I will go find your contract and came back with no contract and was still “explaining” to me why I was wrong but that sales wouldn’t be in until Monday I said okay I would settle up on Monday, he said no you have to close out today I responded I would not. Another manager walked up to tell me that we had been a headache since the beginning I responded you are right I shouldn’t have a headache simply trying to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! She said well you got an email explain right, I said no! She said well they called you ahead of time, which I answered no! At the end of it all they still couldn’t explain to me why they were charging me over $200 in “fees” for items intended to be included in the package.
