My very first and last time at Dutch Bros. I will never spend another penny at Dutch Bros. Based off my terrible drive thru experience. Due to the rediculous line and drivers not paying attention. I couldn't tell where the line ended. One of the workers in the drive thru. White girl, short, fat, brown hair about shoulder length with colored tips, septum nose piercing and dingy colored teeth signals for me to come thru. So I pulled up to the shortest line as indicated by the Dutch Bros drive thru signage and she says " oh I'm sorry I thought you were going to Freddy's the line ends back there" of course I was not getting out of the line to go to the back she walks away but comes back about a minute later when her co worker approaches to take my order, she argue s with me for about 2 minutes with her co worker standing right there, then tells her co worker to take the order behind me because I cut in line. Her co worker was so graceful and professional and was just said for future reference the line starts back there but I'll take your order. I am in disbelief that you would argue with a customer for longer than it would take to take my order. She was rude and unprofessional. I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience and will continue to be team Starbucks for as long as they are around. I always have a pleasant experience with them. Dutch Bros do better. That's not how we do things in the south. I wonder if she would have argued with me so hard if...
Read moreBasically the only thing I don't like is that it's ridiculously busy most of the time, especially on the weekends. Makes sense & I am happy that they are getting the business, but on the weekends you should expect to spend 20+ minutes waiting in line in your car.
Update: Sunday night, took me nearly 30 min to get through the line- I got a frost and it had melted by the time it got to me (see picture, this was the condition it came to me, this was taken right after I got the drink.)
The woman taking the orders was chitchatting with every car and going in a random order rather than how people had arrived. This has been a problem pointed out by other reviewers as well.
10 cars ahead of me, pulled in at 7:30pm Sunday 10 minutes later, my order gets taken (7:40) - there were three people ahead of me, so it took 10 minutes to take 3 orders. 15 minutes later, I get my two drinks (7:55) Judging by the state of my drink it was probably sitting there on the counter for at least 10 minutes.
My previous review had said the drinks were worth the wait, but not if they are going to be melted by the time they come. I guess if you go on the weekend, don't get something frozen? It's a shame because this place has...
Read moreOkay, let's get into it!
Location- Off of North Freeway Service Rd in a shopping center with Top Gulf and Camp World. The service line for drive thru was pretty organized and they were busy. There is no outdoor seating at this location that I saw when I walked up to order. They also didn't have the music on, which is kinda weird for dutch cause they are normally always jamming out.
Service- Super friendly as always. I've been across the country and Dutch is just known for their stellar service. They are consistently nice and up beat at all the locations I've been too across the country. They are also more than willing to help you pick a drink as well.
Packing / products- love the dutch cups. Plastic for cold beverages and paper products for hot beverages.
Taste- This go round I got the "kicker" cold brew with SF Irish cream. Man when I tell you I hit a sweet spot with this drink! I loved it and going forward this will likely be my go to drink!
Overall- Dutch is just consistent! Drinks are crafted well! Service is stellar. I suggest downloading the app to stack up points and to see the full menu. Way more options available to choose from on the...
