Foods always okay but service is awful. There's always a wait but tonight I ordered through GrubHub at 6:45 which said my food will be ready by 7:10.my husband waited till 7:05 to go in and asked him how much longer and she said she didn't even have the order. When probed, she asked him what app and then you can see her click on it. She told him 15 minutes. I called from the car and asked her about it and she said just because the app says they have it doesn't mean that they do, but when I pushed further she admitted that she didn't bother to check the app. while waiting several other people had gone in ordered waited and got their food all before we had got ours. It turned out to be one other man who said he had ordered around 6:30 and ended up canceling his order. 7:30 rolled around, making the 45 minute mark and our food still wasn't ready. She said another 10 minutes. The other guy's food never even popped up. Bottom line is she doesn't make the food or have the food made in the order that customers are ordering their food from the app or in person and she doesn't care. She didn't apologize or offer to make it right. We won't be returning. The food is okay nothing to get excited about but portions are decent. As far as their edamame goes you can get better at fangs bistro, and it's excellent. Save your time, money, and stress and just don't bother here.

This small Thai restaurant is new to Cypress. I tried it out and had the crispy spring rolls and the Massaman Beef Curry. It came with potatoes, onions and peanuts in the soup. The first thing that stood out was the rich flavor. The taste was magnificent to where I after I finished, even though it was enough to fill me up, I was still clamoring for more. My only complaint would be the spiciness/heat of the dish. Their scale is 1-5 and I asked for a 5 but could not taste any heat at all. I should have asked to make sure if this was actually a 5 level they served me but the curry tasted so good I was more than happy with it. The restaurant is on the small side, though I'm not sure I would call it cozy. There was a TV with the Sunday Night NFL game on when I was there. The prices were a little on the expensive side however, with the curry dishes being about $2 more than in other Thai places in Cypress. The taste was so good though that I'll definitely be back.

We tried this place for the first time and all the fishes we ordered were very good. Lots of flavor. Nothing bland. We had the basil fried rice with crispy chicken. The rice was packed with flavor and the chicken was crispy but very tender. We also ordered the house salad that comes with a peanut dressing. The dressing was very peanuty, and the salad was very fresh. We got the veggie spring rolls. Next time we'd get the chicken. The veggie was recommended but they were okay. We also ordered the red curry shrimp. Delicious. They rate their spice level from 1 to 5 (5 being the spiciest). We got 3 spice level on the rice and shrimp curry, I thought it was perfectly spicy. My wife said next time she'll ask for 2 lol. All in all, good place. They also have beer and wine. Their wine is well priced, but nothing fancy. Good wine though. I'd recommend trying this place if you like Thai or want to try something new.

I wish I could give this NO STARS. I’ve been coming to this place every week the last 9 months since moving to the area. Yesterday we ordered food (the same item we always get) and it was wrong. My mother went back into traffic to return the food and on the way there called and ordered again. Once she got there she picked up the food. When she got home it was wrong AGAIN. I called the restaurant and told them the order was wrong and we wanted a refund as we needed to go somewhere and didn’t have time to go back a THIRD time. After the man who took both the orders (who got them wrong) went back and forth with his manager she said to tell him to refund the money. I told her we would come back and get the money today. The manager called me about 35 minutes after the initial conversation asking me to bring the food back. I informed her and the man working the counter the food was already thrown in the trash and I had left my home to attend a function. They argued back and forth with me the order was right (which it wasn’t because the food had mushrooms and I’m allergic to mushrooms) and they told me I now needed to bring the food back. I informed her I wasn’t going to go back home and dig through trash bags to bring back food in order to get a refund. I told her they should have told me that 35 minutes earlier when they INITIALLY told me they would give me a refund. The manager changed her initial agreement and told me the only way they would refund the money is if I would bring the now thrown away food back. I told her that was unacceptable and it wasn’t going to happen and that she should have gotten the order right the first two times. She finally said “fine” and hung up in my face yesterday. Today my mom went to get her money back and the manager proceeded to talk horribly about me and my “attitude” and how I yelled at her which is a complete lie. Instead of being professional and apologizing for the two mistakes she took to speaking horribly about her customer and did this publicly and unprofessionally. All she needed to do was give the money back as she had previously agreed and keep it moving. This restaurant is horrible and I will never be back nor will my friends and family. Note to the manager: be accountable, apologize for your mistakes, be consistent and do not lie about your customers. That’s unprofessional and...

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time because it was by my house. I walked in and the guy at the register never acknowledged me. I went to the counter and he asked what did I want, I told him that I’d review the menu and shortly tell him since this was my first time. He said ok and continued to do what he was doing. I ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice because that looked familiar. The price was about $22 and I gave a $4 cash tip which prompted him to smile for the first time and say thank you. I crossed out the tip part on the receipt and put N/A. When I sat down, 2 caucasian men walked in. One man ordered for his family, and the guy who helped me perked up with a smile, greeted him and provided various recommendations from the menu for him to try for his family. He even shared the levels of spice being from 1-5. I had no idea because when I was asked what spice level I wanted , I asked what were the levels and since he didn’t respond I just said medium. Ultimately the spice level was never added. I really should’ve never ordered, but I was tired and hungry after work. I got the order and he told me thank you and good bye. I looked at my bank transaction the next morning and was charged $56 for a meal I was supposed to pay $22 for. I’ll deal with it with the bank and call later, but nonetheless the food was ok. I just didn’t have a pleasurable experience. Disappointed, but I wish nothing but the best for them going...
