Cypress Driving Academy — Local services in Cypress

The online program was easy to navigate and my son completed it with ease. The cost for the driving lessons was also significantly higher than other local driving schools. Scheduling driving lessons and driving test was difficult so we went with another company for that. Recently, I reached out to Coach Adams while we were at the DPS office trying to get my son's license. The interaction was not helpful at all. Instead of focusing on my question and helping me, he was concerned about promoting his business. Additionally, I was questioned about what specific DPS office I was at because Coach Adams apparently thought I was lying. During this conversation, while I was clearly stressed, he also proceeded to tell me to tell all my friends that they were the only school in Cypress who knew how to handle the DPS paperwork. I was told to "tell all my friends". I will tell them but it will not be that. I will tell them that the DPS office in Brenham was fantastic and my son walked away with his license.

My son took driving lessons as well as his road test in Cypress with another Cypress driving school, SafeKeys, which was significantly less expensive. We drove to Brenham to get his license as they had an appointment on Monday morning. The personnel at the Brenham office were fantastic! We received superior customer service. My decision to drive to Brenham is my prerogative and has absolutely nothing to do with the prices I paid in Cypress nor the service I received from Coach...

DO NOT waste your time here! I did the Parent Taught instruction course with my son and only used them because they offered a discount for students in Cyfair. The owner is so rude!!!! This man was speaking with me in a manor that is not okay when speaking with a female! I called the number on the website that is used for the course and he got mad at me saying that wasn't the number I should've called! Well if that's the case, take the number down Sir! I then proceeded to call and cancel the driving test because we decided to go through the DMV and he started getting angry and telling me my decision was wrong and we will be sitting in a hot car for 2 hours and we won't get a driving test appointment for a while. Well needless to say, my son went on July 11th and we went at 9 and he was finished with his license in his hand by 10. He was extremely rude! I would not recommend this...

Copperfield location Owner is rude and they have horrible book keeping. They dont keep receipt books so please take a picture of your receipt and make sure you remember where the secretaries put your file because they will ask YOU the CUSTOMER where the secretary put your file. Dont pay cash ever because they will take your cash give you a receipt that says cash and then say they dont take cash payments. They were very rude to the teenagers and they probably were to afraid to say anything because they have manners unlike the grown you know what people work there Nelly Jade and Owner Adams. Do not send your children there alone. Obviously they thought I was a teenager. They bully and intimidate the teenaged workers they have behind the counter.
