Buyer beware. I was very aware of their strict 7 Day return policy. That had not been a issue for me as I return purchases very rarely. Recently I purchased a thin, silky blouse to wear to a dinner on vacation and the stitching came undone on the sleeve. The sleeve was coming apart from the body of the top. I had purchased it oversized so size was not an issue, the stitching was. All of this to say that when I went to return it and was several days outside of their 7 Day return policy, I was spoken to so rudely by the manager that I left the store shaken and in tears with my blouse. I stayed very calm and quiet and she worked herself up over the issue. There were a lot of rude things said to me such as the blouse was not ripped when you purchased it. By the way, she could not see the blouse because she was not in the store. She had a very young employee who had to keep running to the back to talk to her on the phone and then eventually put me on the phone with her. It felt like a lot of drama and very humiliating at the checkout counter around other people. She raised her voice and said in a very ugly way that she will do this for me this one time but she just can't ever do it again and that I will have to purchase something in the store. She was very angry. Not like she had just come to a business decision which is what I was expecting, but rather as if we we're enemies. Very ugly. I felt like I was being forced into a fight that I did not want to have , so I just got quiet. It was pretty odd. I couldn't even listen to her anymore so I handed the phone back to the young girl who ended up having to go to the back again to talk to her. Read moreI purchased an item that was on sale and asked the young girl working if it was returnable and she said it was only allowed to be exchanged or reimbursed for store credit within 14 days. When I went to exchange it within the allotted time period, i was told sale items were not able to be exchanged. The 2 different young girls working there said they would call their manager and went to the back, she handed me the phone and the manager told me I could not return it as it states on the receipt (that you get after you purchase something) I informed her that her employee specifically told me I could exchange it before I purchased it and she refused to budge.
