I’ve been to this location a few times before and everytime has been smooth and order was correct everytime. I’ve seen the manager working also he’s super nice, quick and efficient with everything he does. I usually visited during the day times through all my previous visits.
However, a few days ago i went through the drive thru around 10pm at night and after placing my order and paying for it at the first window, it was all fine. As soon as i got to the second window this man/woman idk what was going on with him/her but he/she was showing a lot of attitude for no reason. Told us to go wait at the front for our order, then slammed the window on our face. I ordered a number 6 chicken sandwich and 10 pc spicy nuggets and i wanted ghost pepper ranch sauce. That was it. I waited 20 mins and saw 3 cars from behind me leaving after getting their order. Finally, the guy/girl comes out, doesn’t say a single word hands the bag and leaves. Even after being told “Thank you!” in the most gentle manner after waiting for 20 mins for a sandwich and 10 spicy nuggets, there was no response from him/her. After that happened, i checked the bag the food was barely warm, and they gave me bbq sauce instead of ghost pepper ranch and there was also a non spicy nugget in the 10pc which i don’t mind as much but the sauce was a big let down for me. I didn’t enjoy my food whatsoever. If i could leave a review for the service i received it would be 0 stars. I’m giving a 2 star because I know there’s potential to do better, and not every employee is giving out attitude faster than the food itself.
P.S, After reading other reviews it’s clear that no one is reaching out to any customers that are leaving complaints. So this might be useless in trying to make a change so if you’re reading this, Go eat...
Read morePlease beware eating here! The General manager allows employees to eat while making and handling food. While waiting in the drive thru I watched the window cashier eating a cookie while she was putting food in my bag and I literally saw food fall out of her mouth into the bag. She was talking to the general manager when this happened and I brought to his attention that his employees shouldn’t be eating while handling food and he stated “I am the General manager this is my store and nothing can be done about that, here I’ll remake your food” he slammed the window on me before I could ask for my refund. He gave me the new bag and said that he will be here anytime I show up so make all the complaints I want nothing will happen to him. I’ve tried reaching out to the district manager but he is preventing me from any access to report him. I’m not being a Karen, I just don’t want some one else’s food falling out of their mouth into my child’s food. It’s disgusting and the way that the General manager is handling this is appalling. When I tried to reach out to the district manager again the General manager answered and said he would report me to the police for harassment. Obviously nothing will be done to handle this so I just want to warn others who eat here. I understand it’s fast food but I shouldn’t have to worry about my health being compromised over a kids meal. This entire situation has been handled poorly and I’m appalled with everything going on at this...
Read moreIt was Daddy Daughter night tonight for drive through dinner and we found ourselves in the parking lot between Chipotle and Wendy's debating what we would have for dinner on this chilly night. Mia's table, too far. Chick Fil a, line too long. Chipotle, all the veggie toppings are kept so cold that the bowl is cold by the time you get home. My Daughter says Wendy's! I think for a moment how I used to love their burgers. (30 years ago) WhataBurger is just down the street but at 6:30 there were only 2 cars in line in front of me at Wendy's and no need to use an app to order. $15 and around 10 minutes later we had ourselves 2 Luke warm burgers and 2 fresh hot and no where as tasty as McDonald's fries orders. We ate in the parking lot. Clearly these burgers were just sitting around waiting to be slapped on a bun. When I decide to commit to an unhealthy dinner, I would at least like to be satisfied before the guilt kicks in. Disappointing on all levels. The fact only 2 cars were in line compared to the other restaurants should have been an indicator. I'm sure when it's cooked fresh and they actually salt the fries the experience is much better but I probably won't place...
