So I’ve been to this branch several times. And the customer service usually isn’t bad, but it isn’t good either. On 8-13-24, I arrived to pick up an order placed at 7:29pm. The employee working the drive window opens the window without saying anything, and just stares at me. I give her my name, and she said “Who?” in a very unprofessional manner. I tell her my name and she shuts the window. She comes back and hands the food to me w/o saying anything, so now I’m staring at her, because are you going to really serve a customer without saying one word? She reluctantly says, “have a nice day”, and I return the gesture. I’m used to this type of service these days.
Get home. We ordered 2 salads. There’s alot of brown and wilted lettuce in both meals. I return to the store. An employee greets me upon entrance. I tell her I’d like to return my order. A manager/crew chief in a white jacket walks up and asks what’s wrong with it. I tell her the lettuce is brown. I hand her the bag. And she takes the bag without even checking it, and drops it in the most rude way like she didn’t want to touch the bag after me. She tells me she’ll refund the order, with an attitude.
No apology nor any type of affirmation of the state of the food served. She walks off to process the refund, and then comes back and asks, “did you need something else”. As in “why are you still here?”. I tell her no, that’s it. And she just walks off.
I then say to her, “ customer service or being courteous isn’t priority here it seems?” Her reply is, “I gave you your refund, what else do you want?” I told her “an apology would be nice being I had to come all the way back from home, with almost of an hour of my time wasted”. She rolled her eyes and walked off. I asked her what was her name. She asked “Why? I gave you your refund?”. I asked again, what is your name, and she said Alisa or something of that sort while still walking away dismissively. I then stated, “you and the person in the window were rude. And you’re still being rude.” By this time she had went to the back as she was dismissive the entire exchange. It’s the staff manager or crew chief that’s setting the bad precedent here. I felt bad those younger employees had to witness this. Esp. when the person in charge interacts this way with a customer that didn’t initiate...

Read moreFast casual Italian food? And with a pick-up drive thru?? Yes please. I've been here twice already, and I know I'll come here again.
♡ Reg Carbonara Pasta with crispy chicken. 8/10! I'm very picky when it comes to pasta because I always believed it's much better and cheaper to make it at home. However, I decided to try out this carbonara pasta, and it definitely surprised me with how good it was. I also added roasted broccoli, and I thought the toppings were very generous. Yeah, this was great!
♡ Cup of Lobster Bisque. 10/10! I've never had lobster bisque before, but this was SO flavorful and delicious. Upon first taste, I was instantly hit with an explosion of shrimpy/seafoody goodness, and then it mellows down to a nice buttery aftertaste. Sorry, it's a bit hard to describe, but just know that the taste and consistency is amazing. Also, this soup is better to eat in the same day. I tried to save it as a leftover, and I personally don't think it reheats well because it loses its thick consistency.
♡ The Farmer's Market Salad with grilled chicken. 8/10! Honestly, the only reason why I ordered this salad was because of the strawberries. However, when I came home to check my bowl, it seem like they forgot the strawberries which disappointed me. Besides that, I thought the salad was very delicious and filling. My favorite topping were the glazed pecans.
♡ Passionada Fresca. 7/10! This is a really pretty drink! It was refreshing alongside my meal. However, I think I would've preferred if it was more passion-fruit/coconut forward while having the lime taste be more subtle.
。 ₊°༺❤︎༻°₊ 。 FINAL VERDICT: I really enjoyed all of the food I ordered especially the lobster bisque. I do think that the food can be a bit pricy though because there are additional charges with adding meat, atleast when you order online. Either way, I'd come back specifically for that...
