Harvest Green Big Red Slide Playground — Attraction in Richmond

This park is listed as 24 hours, but clearly should close by sundown, or 9pm at the latest as it's in a neighborhood and has 0 lighting available for after hours. The biggest draw is the super tall slide and the barn it's attached to, but sadly the slide is boarded up at the bottom and irritatingly there is no sign saying anything about it. Luckily there was another adult with me and my son since I helped him up the ladder(missing a necessary rung) and he had no access to the slide from the top, and no idea how to get down on his own. This is a very nice park. It has some adorable play structures and one huge one that is a ton of fun and challenge for the older kids! There are picnic tables and benches around it, one that is covered in shade. The only reason I took away a star is because there is no actual parking for the park. Wow this used to be one of our favorite parks in the area. Today there is litter everywhere including overflowing trash cans. The ladder on the main playground is missing a piece, there is profanity and inappropriate language graffitied all over the playground.
