Update Oct 2023….well this is my last time ever coming here no matter how much the kids beg to go to CFA. My son got the CFA sandwich and realized there were pickles when he bit into it (that was not the issues) when he removed the bun to take out the pickles there was a hair on the sandwich. He’s grossed out I’m grossed out…that is completely disgusting, unsanitary and unacceptable.
Another new edit…this is literally the worse CFA in the world! Once again I spent 25 minutes sitting at curbside while they had Dominos delivered and stuffed their faces with pizza. I was one of 3 cars in the parking lot when I got there, the app said your food will be out in 3-7 minutes. After 12 minutes I called to see what was going on and they answer was they are getting the food out as fast as possible. I guess they meant the pizza they were stuffing their faces with because no one was getting their food. Why is this CFA so incompetent? Oh and the best part is they left out part of my order. This location is complete garbage.
I’m editing my previous review …every single time I come here I see cars that arrive well after I do get their orders well before mine get brought out. I place my order prior to leaving the house and check in immediately as I’m pulling in. How is this even possible?! This isn’t a one time thing, its happened many times at different times of day. Even when there is no one in the curbside parking they still take forever. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve waited with my family in the car for 20 minutes for curbside and I’ve had ti call the store to see what is going on with my order. Once I get the order it’s almost always cold. If you think drive through is any different don’t bother…When I think that I can be quicker going through the drive through that quickly becomes one of the biggest regrets of my life. I more often than not make the drive to Bella Terra location as it’s much quicker considering they get things taken care of quickly and there’s no wait time and less frustrating. This is literally the worse chick-fil-a in the Houston area.

Ordered the Mac &cheese and since it was large, it was $9.00 by itself. I asked for the crust because it is delicious and makes it feel more like a wholesome Mac& cheese you would make at home, to me that's the appeal of their version. 😋
Since there is no option to add your preferences other than adding other accouterments such as bacon; which by now, Chick-fil-A should recognize that there is a demographic that prefers mostly crust. The sweet young lady I spoke with in the parking lot did attempt to meet my accommodation, but to no avail, they had already processed the order and prepared it with one morsel of the crust. I had not even entered my number yet for the reserved spot for my particular order.
I then went inside to speak with a manager that in my opinion DID not see that I was satisfied with my order. He said he would look into it, but I feel that there was no effort on his part to make it right. He did not even offer me a complimentary (desert) which they used to do when they did not fully make their customers happy, like the emphasis used to be. To me, their " my pleasure motto;" was more like an "oh well." He did not offer to refund my money or anything. I left, then returned and requested a refund because why would I pay $9.00 for something I'm not fully satisfied with? What hurt me more is that I frequent this location multiple times a week.
WHERE DO U SEND A PAYING CUSTOMER ON THEIR WAY WITH NO OFFER TO RESOLVE, CERTAINLY NOT AT CHICK-FIL-A!! (at least that's the old way it used to be. ) times are changing and so is the Chick-fil-A!

Read moreWe were asked to pull into a parking space to wait on a strawberry shake and a lemonade shake., we'd been given the rest of our order. We waited in the parking space for over 20 minutes as others who came after us were given whole orders while we waited for drinks. One runner even came up to the window with food thinking I was another patron. By then we figured we had been forgotten. My gf gets out and asked one of the workers outside the eta, she said she would check. She'd been gone for 5 minutes when I got out and decided to go in. I asked for the rest of our order and indicated the three meals we'd ordered were now cold. The manager made excuses and said something was wrong with the machine, although there was a runner walking past with two milk shakes and a lemonade shake for yet another customer that arrived after us. I waited some more and finally got our drinks and headed out. By this time the food was not just cold it was nasty. I went back around the drive through to ask if they could make it fresh which they agreed, however I feel this should have been offered when I told them I was waiting over 20 minutes for drinks. I showed my receipt to confirm this. Idk I just feel like chick fil as customer service has been steadily slipping. We used to pay these pieces for good food and great customer service but I received neither on this trip.
