Okay here is my opinion for this location. I usually don't write reviews for fast foods like Wendy's unless they are really good or they get me upset. Today I want to talk about professionalism or the lack of it, rather. My order was good so on food I gave them four stars, at least the Nuggets weren't burnt this time, but the attitude, the service lacked professionalism and I'll tell you why. A kid named Eduardo attended me, he might be a kid, but even a kid should know how to say good afternoon and have a decent attitude towards people at the very least. You should have seen when I asked for a spoon, the look he gave me and the noise he made remind me of some of the really nasty kids you see only in movies. As I was observing after he closed the window he started doing a obscene gesture with his zipper towards one of his co-workers that seem to be his age, I get that you joke around with your co-workers ,but not in front of customers. The cook who was wearing a long golden chain didn't seem too much older and was laughing at whatever they were saying, the only person that seems to be working hard was a young blonde lady that didn't even had the time to look to her side because she was working. I have work at this type of job in the past, the very least you do when you are done with a client is say have a good day, but this kid just gave me my food and stood there looking at me with this arrogant look that left me wondering how I may have caused this. I don't think he should be fired or even penalized for this, I believe somebody should talk to him and teach him in order for him to develop into a decent worker. I always tell my kids that saying good morning good afternoon good evening we'll go a long way. Eduardo if you ever read this I hope this serves you as advice on how to treat customers in the future. My intent is not to use this Google tool as a weapon ,but as an instrument that might help you. Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the food and service I received from your Wendy's location on May 19th, 2023. I placed an UberEats order for $50 worth of food, as I was without power in my area and unable to cook for myself.
Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food arrived cold, and one of the drinks was missing. The chicken was also cold and of poor quality. I contacted Uber to complain about the order, and I am now writing to you to express my further dissatisfaction.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail that I experienced was unacceptable. It is clear that the employees at your location are not taking their responsibilities seriously, and this is reflected in the poor quality of the food and service that I received.
I am requesting that you take action to address the issues at your location and ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience. I believe that all of the employees involved in the preparation and delivery of my order should be retrained or, if necessary, terminated.
I am a loyal customer of Wendy's, and I have never had a negative experience until now. I am confident that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your service.

You have a superstar on your hands. Her name is Ashley. As someone that is on the road all day, I spend way more time in fast food restaurants than I probably should.
Often times you see employees with bad attitudes. I get it. It’s easy to do when you deal with a lot of people, especially if they come in with bad attitudes.
But Ashley is not that person. She was genuinely nice and even after I sat down to eat came by and asked did I need anything. I’m not talking about fake nice either. I’m a really good judge of character, and I can say with confidence that she is probably that way off the clock.
So to the management team here, when there comes time for a promotion, this is the person you need to look at. This is the kind of person that would lead by example and would do a terrific job.
I will also say that I do not know this person. I simply asked for her name on the way out.
