I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. The food was good, but the service not so much. First of all, this is the third time I've been to this Wendy's after 9 p.m. and their frosty machine was not working - again. The drive thru person kept pushing that I could replace it with a soft drink, and repeated several times that I did not want another soft drink on top of the two that were already ordered. He offered nothing else - not a refund for the frost I had already paid for online, or any other food item. He seemed upset for not wanting another soft drink. I had to ask "can't you give me something else" and he wouldn't respond. I asked for a cookie instead to which he finally agreed to, begrudgingly. Customer service just seems to be dropping everywhere (there was a time when you were offered other food items for free). I believe they shut it down early for when they close, or just don't bother to refill it for the same reason. There was even one time that I came - just for some frosty's - and they were closed they said when I pulled up to the drive thru at 11 p.m. They close at midnight. Secondly, items were omitted from my mobile order. I included I wanted sweet & sour sauce for my chicken nuggets, but it was omitted. And I was asked to pull aside to wait for my order, and was also omitted napkins, straws for our drinks, and condiments for our fries. Not a big thing, but it added to the overall discrepancy of my mobile order. There is no point anymore in trying to rectify this with the store because it's more common place now that businesses/retailers/fast food restaurants just don't care anymore. You have to look for the locations that do it right, but it's not worth making the extra effort to go there most of the time. When it is, I'll go to the Wendy's on FM 1960 and West rd. who always have a working frosty machine - one of their big staples. Or I'll just go to the surrounding places near this Wendy's, like...
Read moreNormally I have no problems with Wendy's but this Wendy's in particular is not the best. First things first I went on a Wednesday and ordered three of the 4 for $4. When I got home I was missing chicken nuggets (not to mention they were regular instead of spicy 🤮), my fries were cold, my strawberry lemonade was warm, and they didn't give me the double stack that I ordered. I called that night and no answer then I called the next day and it took an hour for them to finally come to the phone. Marlene the manager stated that I could go in and she'd replace all my meals. That was not the case but she did replace what had gone wrong the first time around so I was okay with that. When I started telling her all that was wrong she started getting a bit of an attitude. I let her know about the spicy nuggets (she replaced then all) then I told her about the cold fries (she replaced them all) and when I told her about the Strawberry Lemonade and explained to her that it was warm. She turned to look at me gave me a crazy look and told me that it was impossible for it to be warm and she didn't have an idea of what I was talking about. I let her know that the drinks were warm and after a couple minutes of going back in forth about how I was wrong she gave me the option of choosing another drink. At the end of it all my husband even ordered two Asiago Chicken burgers and we left. When we got home the chicken nuggets were not hot instead they were cold and rough. Almost as if they gave us the old ones. The fries were still cold. The double stack they replaced tasted awful! The only thing that came out decent were the drinks and the Asiago Chicken Burger was okay. But I've never had to deal with a Wendy's like that and I don't plan on going back to that location. For a newly built establishment their food and managers customer...
Read moreTo whom this may concern,
I had a bad visit at the location on 10953 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77070
I didn’t get a recipet so I don’t know store ID number to complete a surgery.
First I was changed a more than what was on the menu board. It was a big difference in price and I notified them “hello your prices are different then what your ringing up did you know that”
I get a response of “ yea I know”
I said ok and just kept in ordering I didn’t feel like dealing with it plus it could just changed I don’t know so I was going to put fault on the cashier when this is a managers responsibility to have these things updated and if they didn’t as a customer that's not my fault they should of balanced out the check.
My next issue I ask for more bbq sauce. The manager she give me one extra. So I went insude to BUY more not asking for free. The cashier was freaking rude and cutting her eyes.
Look I don't have time for that and extremely disappointed. My daily of 7 always eats Wendy's you talking about nearly $100 bucks we spend every visit and go at least once a week.
Due to the lack of service from this unit. You just lost $400 monthly because of that.
If they can't give the service needed get them out. I'm a director for Buffalo Wild Wings and I ever came across that in any of my units I address and take action it because every guest treated like that you messing you bottom lin profit. Customers are our biggest...
