I am honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I literally order from here 1-2 times a week, multiple wraps and Arabi meals at the same time. Not once have I had a single complaint. To put this in perspective, I have ordered, at MINIMUM, 4 wraps every week for 3 months. We order every Sunday. EVERY SUNDAY! The only reason I tried them was they are open late and when you keep an overnight schedule at home, take out options are very limited at 10-11pm. Very happy I tried them 3 months ago because since then both my wife, myself, and my son look forward to ordering on Sundays. Maybe it is different in person, we always use UberEats, the only complaint I could even possibly think of is once, out of all the times I have ordered food here, they forgot a garlic cup. One time. That's a better track record then 99 percent of any other take out place you could find. So please don't base your decision to go here off these 1 star reviews. Waited over an hour and a half to have an order delivered, spent over 38$. Restaurant kept the order “in process” but when we called to confirm whether the order had been made, they said they had already given the order to a driver, yet the order wasn’t confirmed as picked up by the business. When we called again, the person working flat out said “I’m not remaking that order”, despite other drivers being sent by uber to attempt to pick it up. Didn’t even give us an offer to remake and come pick it up ourselves, didn’t even give us the option to just pay for a new order. Normally love this place and order frequently but the attitude was pretty rough. Especially considering they received payment, uber received payment and we won’t get refunded for almost a week for an order we never received. DO NOT Order anything online at place and if your Black . They do not want our money ! Ordered online received an text confirmation that my food was ready for pick up at 8:22pm it is 9:26 and i’m just getting my food . Once I arrived showed my order number and the man refused to look at it saying he didn’t know what I was taking about he didn’t receive an order. After showing my text messages confirmation and email and bank statement with attitude makes me wait an additional 20 minutes to make the wrong order! Then I have to again show my order confirmations as he then tells me what my order was ignoring the actual order.
