So quickly to be unhelpful. Ordered two drinks, total 20.00! If that’s not bad enough, the lady didn’t even say hi, demanded my money, didn’t ask for my app and when I presented it she still repeated the amount owed. When I asked her about my coupon she was quick to say she doesn’t know that’s corporate. No human qualities at all or any willingness to do her job or even help. I arrived at the store at 8:48 in drive thru,, Abby has headphones on her head and never answered!! Upon noticing no one is answering I pull up to the window, no one comes to the window and when I pull around to the door to get out it’s now 8:55! They both stand there and staring at me!! I point to the time on the door and say it’s not 9:00. Any then walks over & says the door was unlocked, (liar) when it was clearly locked!!! She then says because it’s 8:58 her system won’t accept a new order nor my payment and have a good night!!!
