2/26/25 response: you contradicted your own response; am i supposed to get leftover food or not? either way, the app says that this is 21 dollars worth of food. so since you agree it is not, please update your app to reflect that.

2/25/25 response to owners reply: first off, treating toogoodtogo customers as “other” customers is such a blatant form of discrimination. we are all paying for food and the fact that you agree that you treat TGTG differently is genuinely insane.

even though i paid 6.99, the whole point is that the app says i am supposed to get 21 dollars worth of food because it is food that is about to go to waste.

Let’s take a look at the menu prices shall we? the 2 pc onigiri is 9 bucks and the drink is 7, adding up to 16. this is already not adding up to 21 meaning you should update your app instead of misleading customers.

Still, you would assume I got 2 pieces of onigiri and a correctly prepared drink, right? Nope. I got 1 pc of onigiri and the “premium drink” was neither big enough nor did it have the right ingredients. I was with 3 ppl who got a premium drink with TGTG and we all got the same exact, watered down drink that none of us could finish

To the owner: Please either update your TGTG listing or start serving what you claim to serve. You are right that TGTG is for leftover food. so if you feel like you are facing financial loss because you dont have sufficient leftover food to sell, maybe lower the price or take off certain listings!

To future customers: I would do my best to stay away from TGTG orders at those business as they clearly don’t think we deserve to be treated as...

First time visiting this establishment, there was great customer service as soon as we walked in. The shop has an array of items to buy and look at, including: drinks, mochi donuts, milk/fruit teas, accessories, key chains, Photo Booth wall, small dining area. There was a lost of inventory to browse upon. It’s a lot to take in, when first walking in, but it adds a cute charm.

The gentleman who helped us was very kind and patient. We came in about 15 minutes before closing, and not once did we feel rushed. He explained we’d get a better deal gets the mochidonut packs, and we can choose different flavors to try. We ordered a 3 pack: Pistachio, Ube, and Cookies and Cream. The 3 pack cost was roughly $10. The order was made fresh and packaged nicely. I don’t mind extra drizzle spills for the icing, since they were made fresh.

Upon tasting the donuts, they had a slight outer crunch with a very soft and chewy center. With the icing and donut together, for the pistachio, it tasted faintly of pistachio and more of the fried mochi dough. But alone the icing truly did taste like pistachio with a nice texture from the crushed pistachios. The taste of the Ube donut shined through, for both the icing and donut and the icing alone. The cereal acted as a nice compliment. The cookies and cream was more cream than cookies, in flavoring, but it was a nice sweet treat.

Overall, I did have a pleasant experience. I would like to try out their other snack offerings. I did not know this location offered K-dogs, until I went. Place is definitely worth checking out, if you want to try...

CUTEST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I am OBSESSED with the atmosphere, food, and service!!!! The mochinuts look and taste INCREDIBLE and are so cute!!! I also got the original kdog with hot cheetos on top and 10/10 FANTASTIC‼️‼️ And also the Lavender Milk Tea with brown sugar tapioca pearls in it, and it was so tasty and yummy!!!! (I am a huge sucker for good boba, and this place does a really good job!!!) I am 100% coming back.
