Pizza Hut — Restaurant in The Colony

You know I give honest reviews based on personal experience to better inform my viewers. This Pizza Hut must be a Franchise as it was not the great experience I normally receive from a TRUE Pizza Hut restaurant. First, my girlfriend ordered a Large 1 topping pizza trying to use a $5.99 coupon which expires in April. The cashier couldn't identify which month it expired and called the manager who couldn't find it in their system. They explained that it must be for a franchise only to use. It stated it was for Pizza Hut LLC. I gather their restaurant must be a franchise Pizza Hut. I ordered a carry out special only and they couldn't use my roommate's phone number who has a Pizza Hut account so I had to give them my phone number. 10 minutes later I went into the Pizza Hut to see if my order was ready as it showed ready on their screen I inquired if my pizza was ready and was told no. I waited 3 minutes more and then asked again as the manager came to the front. The manager looked inside the warmer and said here is your pizza. She apologized but still my pizza was ready and the employee didn't even know where to look to find it. I highly suggest re-training your employees and considering customer service as a factor when your competitor, Dominos, is literally 2 blocks away from you. I might order again from them to give them a second chance....

We are loyal Dominos customers and decided we wanted to try something else for a change. I found your carryout deal online that mirrored Dominos 1 topping carry out for 7.99. your deal was 8.99 but we wanted to try something different. We also decided to upgrade to stuffed crust for $3 since Dominos doesn't have that! Total 12.98. placed order online and got an email that ATTENTION your order wasn't processed please call. So I called, waited on hold 5 min (considered hanging up and doing dominos online), then someone took my order and asked what deal and read back the price each step and the total 12.98. go to pick it up after the 20 min wait and they tell us total is 18 something. Then computers go down. Meanwhile our pizza is sitting there in a box. We wait 5 min for computers to come back, they still can't find the deal (which is clearly on your webpage), he says forget it and they let him leave. Pizza goes in the trash I guess. Order Dominos from car....

Ordered food at around 8:00, did not get food until 9:20ish. Ordered several items but apparently either the delivery driver couldn't count or the actual store didn't know how to complete an order because everything that was ordered was not included with the delivery. Spent the next hour trying to get through to the store but kept getting the call center who was also unable to reach the store! Worst experience with Pizza Hut ever! The call center can't give a refund so you HAVE to talk to the manager at the store to get a refund...if you can't get through to the manager how are you supposed to register a complaint??? Thank you Pizza Hut for an exhausting evening of monotonous phone calls and unprecedented levels of frustration at the process you expect your customers to go through when you employ...
