Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in The Colony

I've gone to this scooter's quite a few times. They used to be pretty decent with the coffee and great with the customer service. They are still great with the customer service (I'm always greeted with a smile and they will fix any issue brought to their attention), but the coffee has really fallen off.

I ordered a medium cappuccino with an extra shot today and since I live close, I wait until I get home to drink my coffee. I took a sip and it tasted like straight milk so I opened up the top, took a spoon, and mixed it around. I lifted the spoon up and poured it out to find that it was ONLY milk with no coffee. I normally go to a local coffee shop that is not only cheaper, but the coffee is way better. They're sadly closed on Mondays, hence me coming here. I find it a little outrageous that this coffee is more expensive than that place and then I also have to drive back to get the order I placed in the first place because I was just given milk.

I would potentially chalk this up as a one off slip up if this was the first time I had an issue. Previously, I've gotten home with only half the cup full or the coffee being burnt. This is not every time, or I wouldn't have gone back at all...but it's becoming a lot more regular. Maybe there's new staff or they're just overwhelmed, I'm not sure, but they're seemingly on the decline either way.

That’s it! Been coming here everyday and spending $15 each day for well over a year. There is a guy that works opening shifts in the morning right now that makes our experience unpleasant about 75% of the time. From not getting the business open until well after 6 AM, to not serving hot coffee (not even luke warm), to not honoring the customer loyalty app program, to spilling hot coffee on us when handing drinks thru the window, he’s done it all. We have complained to management, per his own recommendation actually, and something still happens at least once a week. Thank goodness Dunkin’ Donuts just opened across the street. I will not continue to come to this location I have tried so hard to support. So disappointing and bad enough business to write this review. Oh, and the coffee’s never consistent in flavor either. So done!!! I would not recommend this location in particular, especially not...

My first visit to Scooter's and I will be back! :)

The name Scooter's comes from the companies mission to help customers scoot in and out quickly. I love this and now under the meaning behind the small building and drive thru.

All of their drinks are available hot, iced, or blended. Their Caramelicious is their signature drink and was the drink I tried on this visit. It did not disappoint and was so good, I wished that I ordered a large. Every drink comes with a cute happy face sticker and it is placed in every drink as a way to always wish each customer an amazing day.

I recommend their caramelicious iced coffee, if you're and iced coffee...
