Well this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A service I have ever received. Iām not one to leave reviews unless service is horrible or they went above and beyond. Francisco, I believe he is one of the managers based on his shirt, was absolutely rude! We came in around 6:45 and they were not busy at all. There was no crazy drive through line (maybe 3 cars) and absolutely no one in line inside the store. We walked right up and Francisco was at the counter, he never welcomed us or said Iāll be with you in a moment. Instead he turned away and started packing food, then 2 other employees walked past us again no one saying anything. Francisco walked passed me again. And finally I asked if I could just ask a question as I had been waiting for a bit now and let them know I had already ordered on the app. Francisco says āmaāam I am trying to pack customers foodā I told him I get that and that he was not the only person that walked passed me multiple times and I just had a question. One of the ladies came up and I asked me what my question was and how she could help as I was explaining Francisco came up and kinda pushed his way in and said he got it. He was not only rude to his customers but also seemed rude to his employees. Letās just say next time we want Chick-fil-A we will drive 5 more minutes to the Magnolia location where they treat you...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnly Chick-Fil-A location Iāve ever been to, that you can call 10 minutes ahead of them stopping serving breakfast and they refuse to hold one biscuit for you. Never had this issue at any other location before. Theyāre always happy to help. Got here at 10:32 and asked if there was any breakfast left and miraculously they are all out. Amazing that they knew exactly how many of each breakfast would be purchased ahead of time. Even the Chick-fil-As in sketchy parts of town have better customer service. Most of them give you breakfast for free if you show up a few mins after serving time. Not that I wouldnāt have been happy to pay, but not here. Oh and then the lunch I reluctantly bought, was hands down the worst Chick-fil-A Iāve ever had. Iāll drive the extra time to patron a different location...
