Jack in the Box — Restaurant in The Woodlands

The phone number for this location online is wrong. This location confirms my order from the Jack in the box app and when Uber went to pick it up they cannot find my order. I have waited an hour and a half and this happens regularly with Jack in the box whether it be this location or another I'm just very frustrated that this location couldn't get their stuff together. I cannot talk to a manager and I'm not going to waste my time calling corporate right now I'll do that tomorrow I think a bad Google review should be enough for now. Let's say I would have received my food after the hour I waited either way would have been cold. This location needs to close down, it’s so run down and the food is always old and cold. The person that owns this location is a terrible owner and has no idea how to run a business. The people that work here are not clean and you can see this reflect on the property. The person responsible for responding to all the reviews posted about terrible experience people have at this location always seems to say “We are sorry, this shouldn’t happen” they obviously don’t care since the problems have yet to be resolved and this location is nasty, serving cold food with staff so terrible they seem to hire anyone that comes in their front door. Is Jack in the Box is very fast paced and it has pretty much everything that the conventional Jack-in-the-Box has. Nice employees, clean drive thru, a lot of space for parking lot goers and definitely located in a very nice and comfy spot within the woodlands, Texas that adds a nice touch to any regular Jack in the Box. I like to go to Jack In The Box for their tacos in particular and also the lunchtime specials and even funny their creative midnight snack combos that come in a box.
