Wednesday April 24 at 11:00 AM. Came and picked something out of the refrigerator section and I waited at the register. No other customers in line. I observed who may have been the store manager seated in the lobby in a way that was directly observing the register and I made eye contact with this person. There was an employee on the phone as well as a number of employees at the drive through and the bar. I sat there for so long waiting to be acknowledged and pay for my item I decided to put the purchase back and sat and watched. I saw a woman come in about 8 minutes later and she was greeted warmly and served immediately. I asked to scan my code on the app to get the points for my order and was told they donāt do that over that establishment which is really funny because I went in a couple days ago to another nice lady ASKING if I wanted to scan my code for points in the app!!, then when waiting for my food I was walking around and I hear the older chubby lady yell my food was ready.
