Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Jet's Pizza makes a really good Detroit deep dish pizza! It was really good flavor, texture, crunch and a good value! I was very impressed with the ingredient's quality and the quantity! I'll definitely be coming back here for my next deep-dish pizza. I've been searching for a good deep dish pepperoni pizza and have wanted to try Jet's Pizza for a while. We ordered the extra-large Detroit style deep dish pepperoni pizza (which comes with 12 large squares) and was very satisfied! The crust was my favorite part being a deep dish with a perfect crispy crunch on the bottom that was satisfying with every bite! The sauce and cheese were very good, and the pepperoni was great without being over salty. The combination of the whole deep-dish pizza was satisfying with every bite. The extra-large came with 12 squares for a good value! When I called to place the order, I spoke with an automated system which offered a 15% discount. You can also opt out and speak to a live person but probably will not see that this discount. The ordering process when it's easy to phone in. The automated service was actually competent and able to understand all my commands the first time around. The AI system also sent a confirmation text after the order was placed. Upon arriving at the restaurant, but staff was friendly and courteous and kept the restaurant in a clean and tidy order. I definitely give Jet's Pizza too big thumbs up for making a great Detroit style deep dish pizza! They use quality ingredients and not an excessive amount of salt which is unique for chain style pizza restaurants. The price was fair ordering an extra-large for approximately $23+ which will easily feed a very hungry family. Definitely a great deep dish...

I have been eating jets since way before they finally came to the woodlands, I’ve talked to the owner multiple times and have never had issues with their pizza, until lately at this location on 1488. I hate doing this review because I love their pizza so much but hopefully the owner sees it and makes the necessary changes.

The last time I ordered from this location my pizza arrived burned. I called and spoke to someone who was going to discount a new pizza instead of sending me a pizza I already paid for that I could eat. He reluctantly agreed to send a new pizza at no charge.

I order the same pizza the same way everytime. Light sauce extra cheese and 2 ranch dips. Tonight my pizza came with so much sauce I couldn’t eat it and no ranch dip was with it. I’m not going to call this time, instead I’m making this review in hopes changes are made where this stops happening. Ordered the Jet 10 tonight. Drove 20 minutes just to eat at a Jets (never been to this one). Pizza was burnt. Black edges all around, and the bottom was 50% dark brown. I've always enjoyed Jets on Rayford when I lived closer. Called the store after I got home and discovered the pizza was overcooked/burnt. Julie, the manager, decided I was confusing the burnt with the little pieces of bacon that burn easy.

In frustration of her guessing what I meant when I said it was burnt, I told her, after a deep breath, that I could send her a picture. She immediately said great, and I'll give it to the owner to see what they want to do. I honestly don't know what I wanted, I certainly wasn't driving back to the store. But I do know that an attitude was not what I was looking for. I'm really "sorry about that" would have been a great start.
