Paris Baguette in The Woodlands – A Hidden Gem of Flavor, Ambiance, and Outstanding Service
If you haven’t been to Paris Baguette in The Woodlands, let me just say—you are missing out! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the top-tier customer service. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind—you can tell they take pride in making every guest’s experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer, but Paris Baguette absolutely delivers on that front.
Beyond the amazing service, let’s talk about the ambiance. This bakery is absolutely stunning—the design, the atmosphere, and the way everything is beautifully arranged make it feel like a little slice of Paris right here in The Woodlands. It’s elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon treat, or even a quiet evening out. And if you’re looking for a peaceful place to sit, their outdoor seating is perfection. Sitting outside, enjoying the beauty of The Woodlands while indulging in delicious pastries, was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Now, let’s get into the most important part—the food. Oh. My. Goodness. Everything we tried was absolutely top of the line. Paris Baguette has quickly become my new go-to spot, and I cannot wait to go back and try more of their menu items.
The tart? Incredible. Flaky, buttery, and bursting with flavor. Definitely a must-try.
The Fruity Pebble donut? My kids weren’t the biggest fans, but surprisingly, I loved it—and I’m not even a donut person! The balance of sweetness and texture was just right, and it was such a fun, nostalgic treat.
And the peach tea? Absolutely divine. So refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you love tea, do not skip this one.
One thing to keep in mind—if you go later in the evening, some of the more popular items may be sold out, but there’s still a fantastic selection available. And honestly, visiting at night was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was calm, the seating area was lovely, and everyone around us seemed to be in such a great mood. There’s just something about this place that brings out the best in people—it’s truly a hidden gem.
Also, if you love taking cute pictures, this is the spot. Whether you’re snapping a photo of their gorgeous pastries, the beautifully arranged seating area, or just enjoying the company of the people you’re with, Paris Baguette is an experience you’ll want to capture and relive.
Clean, welcoming, and filled with nothing but good vibes, Paris Baguette is a place you absolutely need to check out. Whether you’re coming for the delicious pastries, the relaxing ambiance, or just to soak in the beauty of The Woodlands, this bakery will not disappoint. I, for one, will be coming back...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Woodland branch on June 29th around 5:00 PM.
When I approached the register to purchase a cake, the employee named Makiyah was at the cash register. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of my presence—no greeting, no eye contact, and no verbal recognition. I politely asked, “Could I please have the strawberry cake?” and she rang up a slice of cake instead. I clarified that I wanted a whole cake.
The employee appeared unfamiliar with how to correct the transaction in the register, suggesting it might have been her first day. After an extended delay, I asked another employee to assist her to help the process move more efficiently. Eventually, the order was corrected.
Next, I asked how to apply my loyalty points and showed my app on my phone. Once again, there was no verbal response or effort to assist—I was treated as if I were invisible. I had to figure it out on my own. When I inquired about a military discount, she didn’t know how to apply it either, and another employee stepped in to help.
After completing the payment, I waited for my cake to be handed to me. However, she did not proceed to retrieve the item she had just rung up. I asked politely, “May I please have my cake?” She turned away from me without any acknowledgment or response. Eventually, she told another employee to pick up the cake. That employee, Ms. Xochilt, kindly handed it to me.
As a former Paris Baguette employee myself, I was embarrassed and disheartened by the substandard service I experienced. I felt ignored, disrespected, and invisible throughout the interaction. This was not just a training issue—it was a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was referred to the shift leader, Ms. Xochilt, who handled my concerns with understanding and professionalism. I appreciate her assistance.
I sincerely hope the management and franchise owner of this branch take this feedback seriously. Basic human decency and customer service standards should be non-negotiable when hiring and training employees. No customer should be treated the way I was treated by that employee.
Hopefully, I can update this report in a more positive way if I receive a thoughtful response from the management and corporate headquarters in the...
Read moreI've never been to Paris Baguette and we were visiting from out of town and I have got to say, aside from visiting family, that this was my favorite place to go for the week we were in the area. While we were staying further away from this area for the later half of our trip, we came here almost every day. No issues with parking, this place does get quite busy though. You grab a tray and a set of tongs and can go through and pick up what you would like and take it to the counter. They have pastries, savory pastries, cakes, breads, coffee, you name it.
Looking online, I zoned in on the Chocolate Supreme Croissant. I didn't get to go the first day and unfortunately, they didn't have any on the shelf BUT the others that I tried were great.
On the first day, we got the Strawberry Croissant, the Pain au Chocolat, the Butter Cream Bread, the Chocolate Croissant and the Very Berry Pastry. We shared everything and there wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy.
On the second day, I was finally able to get the Chocolate Supreme Croissant and it was absolutely worth the wait and delicious. While they didn't have any on the shelves, I asked at the front and was able to get my hands on one. We also ordered the Curry Croquette, the Pepperoni Pizetta, the Hash Brown Bread and a Strawberry Mochi Donut, a Coffee Croissant Donut, and an easter Mochi Donut. Loved the savory Curry Croquette and the flavor of the savory Pepperoni Pizetta. The Mochi donut were good and I did love the Coffee Croissant Donut. The Chocolate Supreme Croissant was easily my favorite. It's filled with this delicious chocolate custard cream which I did not know. We also did order a sweet potato bread for our grandfather and while he loved it, the bread did get a little stuck in his dentures.
Our third day, we ordered a Hazelnut Latte and a Vanilla Latte and went back for our favorites. We ordered the curry croquette and not one, not two but three of the Chocolate Supreme Croissant. Absolutely worth it and I could probably eat those all day. Lattes were delicious, definitely get the rewards app if you live close and plan on going 7 days a week because I definitely would if I could. We did also get the beautiful Cappuccino Cake and a chocolate loaf which also did...
