I went into the Starbucks on 10/7 and the blonde barista/ older barista were extremely disrespectful. We placed our order at the counter with a very nice gentleman, 2 drinks, 2 bakery items. I was with my friend and after a bit of waiting she realized she might ask the barista if pup cups were free to the older barista he responded yes and she asked if she could get one he was completely silent and scoffed when walking away to make one when he returned with the pup cup she thanked him and he was silent again. We waited a bit longer and we’re missing a drink for about 10 minutes longer than our other drink came out, my friend approached the blonde barista and said we had another drink in the order and if they were preparing it. She rolled her eyes and pointed at the area where mobile orders are placed and in a very rude tone stated “um I don’t know why can’t you just check the drink there you’ve let it sit there”. Read moreSo without a drive thru, I feel like people working in a place of COFFEE should have more pep in their step. Not repeating the order back clearly really confused me so I had to start back over making sure I didn't get it wrong since it was for my friend! Then, I go stand over there to wait for my TWO drinks while one guy's practicing moves for a bartending job, the other is walking through (not sure why?) just all nonchalant then walks back out. The girl that has to handle the ice bucket should be offered a hand to lift the heavy thing up (it only takes half a second when you're literally right next to her). Idk where the next two orders even got made but they magically appeared when it has mobile order stamped on it. 15 minutes now- really wishing I would've ordered through the app but I can't focus on my phone while I'm driving Seriously!! so I order when I get there and I guess that's my lesson learned today because even after all that, they put the whip cream on the drink I ordered without it. From line jumping their friends and ignoring customers whose mobile orders are ready, to not letting you walk back to your seat without demanding a mask when you are at the.
