The Republic Grille is like a dining experience at an exclusive country club without having to pay a membership fee! I really love the food, the service, the ambiance and the prices! I've been here several times and never been disappointed with the quality, quantity of food and staff service. I always love coming here, even if there is a short wait, because they are always busy which is a good sign for any restaurant. We came here tonight for dinner with a small group and the wait time was only about 15 minutes, even though they were extremely busy. *Don't be discouraged and leave even if there are lots of people in front of you because this restaurant knows how to seat new arrivals quickly. As soon as we sat down, we were quickly greeted by super friendly and witty waiter that took our order. We ordered the following (which I highly recommend): *Calamari appetizer *Turkey club *Fish and chips *Republic Burger *Grilled tacos The appetizer came out quickly as well as the drinks. And shortly after that, our meals were brought out with what seemed only like 10 minutes, which was great! All of the food was fantastic! The fish and chips were spot on and not greasy or oily. The burger was perfectly grilled medium rare with all fresh veggies. The tacos were not too spicy and the turkey club was super satisfying with the proper thickness of turkey slices and bacon. The french fries were also done perfectly/not oily. I was impressed how quickly they were able to bring out all of this food so fresh so hot and it's never too salty or overspiced. And not only did our initial waiter check up on us, there were other members too that made sure that the soft drinks were refilled. I can't praise the staff enough for how friendly and courteous they are. It's a perfect balance of being attentive without being too intrusive. The restaurant itself is also very mellow and if you're there on a good night, they have occasional live music as well, which is perfect for a date night! Overall I give the Republic Grille two BIG thumbs up and recommend this restaurant! It's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal with family or a date night out! The prices are great for the quality of food that you get. I definitely will be a...

This place was the biggest disappointment. It’s a true testament to “don’t judge a book by its cover” it looks decent on the inside, it’s lively, it’s clean. I’m torn enough to write a review of how disgusting the food is. For an appetizer I got the crab cakes themselves were decent (the sauce for it was actually delicious). Moving onto the main course I got the popular Republic Burger. Keep it simple I thought and try them out. The first thing that hit me taking a bite was that cheap cheese that taste like cheese wiz that comes out of the plastic wrappers. The fact that cheese is already disgusting they loaded it with several slices not one or two several. I immediately scraped that off in disgust. So I took another bite to see if that would help save it. The beef the main part of the entree had NO FLAVOR it mushy and tasted water down. I was looking forward to not necessarily spices but just that good beef flavor from quality fresh meat. This was neither fresh or quality by any means. I was kind of nervous to finish. Their sides I had onion rings and fries. Fries were actually good, the onion rings were not good. The onion rings were over cooked, small and the batter had no flavor at all. I’d rather have properly cooked and sized onions and put sauce on it for flavor but none of that existed.

I let them know how disappointed I was and said just about everything here right now.

All in all this place is terrible and I seriously question how and why people like this place for their food. Unless you wanna burn money to find out for yourself just find another place.

The more people I spoke to about this laughed that I actually went there and thought it would be good because they already knew. What a waste of money this place is if they don’t make a change. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell food this bad tasting and even moreso at the price point they do. You’re better off going to In and Out burger down the street. You’ll save time money and will be far less disappointed. With probably higher...

We celebrated a birthday last weekend there were 12 people in total. We called ahead of time and made a reservation, not once did they state there were stipulations on a party of 8 or more. We arrived and approached the hostess stand, I had a cup of coffee in hand as it was quite cold outside and a present box. The rude hostess said nothing upon me walking up, just we don't allow outside food or drinks you can leave the coffee here with me or take it to your car and I can take the cake and put it in the kitchen. I am confused wouldn't a cake qualify as outside food? She had a problem with my coffee? I think I was checking in - but I will go sit outside with my coffee and wait for my table and the box was a present not a cake but that was ok to take in???? I let that go since it was a party for my sister. We finally got our table and after 30 minutes finally got the chance to actually order food. When she came to me to start I told her we would be on one ticket etc. and she said "we don't do that, for parties of 8 or more you have to be on one check" so I assume that one person is supposed to foot the $300 plus total? or we were told we could all pay cash? Who the hell walks around with that much cash? That should be disclosed when you're calling to make a reservation. That is the stupidest thing in the universe - so if we had 7 people at the table all 7 could have their own checks its the big party that you have to pay for everyone. Wow lets all get out our phones and zelle each other to enjoy a nice dinner. Not everyone uses a credit card/ or a debit card. We asked for a manager and after 10 minutes got one that said it was a new person that made the reservation but she should have told us about the one bill, he would make an exception this time but in the future it would be one bill. Um we won't be back!!!!!! There is no reason that you can't do mulitple checks and you would've got a far bigger tip than the 20% you added to everyone's total for making such a big...

Chris was our waiter. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. He recommended the pork chop and was honest in never having been able to try the lamb ravioli. He asked for our drinks and we ordered a three olive martini and blackberry mojito. It was happy hour and we got them for $2 off. What a deal! Both drink were good. They were strong enough and a fair mix of liquid and ice. I think we got a fair shake on the drinks. He asked if we wanted water and then said “would you like lemon with those waters?” Wow we always ask for lemon and it usually takes a waiter two reminders to bring the lemon. He brought the lemon with our water. What a guy! He split the wedge salad. Yes that picture is just half of the wedge salad. It was wonderful with plenty of blue cheese crumbles and bacon and these really tasty red peppers. They were a little sweet and a little spicy. A great twist on and wedge salad. The pork chop was more than amazing. It was thick and juicy and the maple, Dijon mustard sauce was delectable. It was served with gently seared asparagus and jalapeño Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was hot and oozing with melty cheesy goodness. The lamb ravioli were delicate puffs of pasta encasing a robust slightly minty pockets of herbed lamb. The sauce was a thick and nutty cheese sauce with plenty of Romano cheese. The pasta could have been a bit more al’dente or a little more semolina in the dough but they held up nicely to the last bite. He brought the brownie a la mode along with a container just in case we didn’t finish we wouldn’t have a soggy brownie to take home. What a thoughtful waiter. The ambience of the place is conducive to having a great meal and it felt upscale at what we believe were very affordable prices.

I visited yesterday evening with a two other ladies. We asked for outdoor seating and the waitress immediately proceeded to turn the outdoor fans on. Even though we were outdoors, there is no smoking or vaping allowed. The waitress was very friendly and recommended a few of her favorites. I went with the Texafornia which was a large grilled chicken breast with avocado, tomato, onions, lettuce and something called Chipotle aioli with a side of steamed broccoli. The chicken breast was a little tough to cut through but it was not dry at all. I'm not a fan of onions but overall the sandwich was decent. I most likely won't order it again. The steamed broccoli was a large head that appeared to be "steamed" in the microwave. It was the most bland and incredibly dry broccoli I've ever had. Most likely, I will not be ordering it again. My meal was decent but not certainly not rave worthy. For the drink of the day, I ordered a Peachy Keen, which was four roses bourbon, peach liqueur, ginger liqueur, lemon and honey. It was gentle to the palate and not strong which wasn't a bad thing for amateur drinkers like myself. I also ordered water which the waitress made a point to maintain refilled. The waitress was friendly, courteous, and informative. It would take her a little while to get back to the table and check on us each time. Nonetheless, she made the evening enjoyable with friendly conversation and positive attitude. I would go back to try some other dishes. My friends enjoyed their meals so I'm looking forward to trying other meal options at this location.
